“My boyfriend and I visit this restaurant every couple of months as a treat. This is by far my favourite restaurant in Manchester, the food is amazing, the actual cooking of the food is a really fun experience but most importantly the service is phenomenal. I’ve visited about 8 times now and have never waited more than 10 seconds for service, the waitresses and waiters are so on top of everything and very helpful for suggestions and how long to cook each item of food. We usually spend between £30-£50 between the two of us and have a loyalty stamp card that we use everytime we visit for a free item! Cannot recommend enough!”

“Lovely place, right next to Heaton Park metro. Only had a brew and a cake but it’s spacious, light and airy, with nice, big booths and a sunny back yard (looks like a good set up for DJ’s too) Coffee was good, sweet stuff was from Silver Apples, so pretty familiar and more than decent quality. Staff were super friendly. Will definitely head back and try some proper food and drinks soon”

“This establishment is an ABSOLUTE diamond in terms of food quality and staff. I have to say, this place serves the BEST bacon sandwich ever. Beautiful thick sliced doorstop bread, top quality bacon cooked to exactly how you like it, perfect crispy. Brown sauce. Their coffee is really really really good!! On top of it all, the friendliest staff. If you’re in the area, don’t miss it!”

“My favourite pizza restaurant in Manchester and probably the UK! The Service is always wonderfully friendly and quick, the quality of the pizzas are second to none and the garlic bread is a great added extra. Tried the tiramisu and affogato this time and both were also great! If you haven’t tried Rudy’s yet and looking for a great place for dinner in Manchester, check it out, you won’t be disappointed and can even take in a range of great surrounding bars for drinks before and afterwards!”

“The food is second to none, good-sized portions ,really very tasty. A huge menu to choose from and the staff are always polite and service with a smile. I'd highly recommend Chung's fish and chips to anyone, whether they are looking for freshly cooked traditional Chinese food or good old fish and chips.”

“Tried the chicken steak and a pizza today. The steak was perfectly cooked and juicy. The pizza dough was out of the world and it was perfectly baked without burning the vegetables on the top which usually is the case with most places.”

“Food was SO good. Came with a friend, we were both craving Ethiopian, got the spicy doro wat and the mild lamb, and both were incredible. We practically licked the plates clean. The injera was clearly fresh and wonderfully spongy, lamb was very tender and doro wat is one of the best I’ve had outside Ethiopia. Food is reasonably priced, portions are generous, the decor is homely and our waiters were super friendly, will definitely drop by again next time!! :)”

“From the excellent reviews, I was expecting a lot. I wasn't disappointed. The menu contains the traditional tapas options, with the odd twist. Everything we ordered was delicious. We ordered 6 tapas between the two of us. This ended up being quite a bit of food. We still managed it though. Some dishes are on the pricey side, but the quality made them worth it. The mushrooms in cream, the pork belly and the albondigas (with cheese) were the highlights. But, as mentioned, everything was delicious.”

Came with a friend and her 2kids and the waiting staff were really nice and attentive towards them both, the service was brilliant the food was sublime and the price was solid. “Superb! We've driven past this restaurant for years and for some bizarre reason haven't visited till last night. We're gutted we've missed out for so long! The restaurant is lovely and the staff are all really smart, professional and friendly. The food is gorgeous. I had the king prawns then spaghetti carbonara which was the best I've tasted, large portion so I've got some for lunch. My husband had the mushrooms with pate and Gorgonzola which he said were divine then lasagna. Lovely to see Guiseppe again and to chat with the waiters, definitely coming here again soon.”

“Call in here quite often for their cooked breakfast. Always fresh and always tasty. I haven't tried any of their other food that's on the menu but if their breakfast is anything to go by it should be good.”

“A lovely cafe with welcoming staff members. They are in the perfect spot for a bite to eat at the end of your walk. They accept cards as well as cash and the prices are reasonable. A Kelly's ice cream on a nice cone was £3. There are toilets too. Parking can be difficult on weekends but we've never struggled in the week”
