“We went there to celebrate our friend’s birthday - food is delicious - fish is outstanding, with the candles heating it to keep warm - grilled pork is a must try - soft shelled crabs with curry is recommended - the coconut jelly drink is exotic - staff are friendly; before she took the cake out, she had played ‘Happy birthday’ as the background music for us, which is very considerate - reservation is recommended, as it may be crowded on weekends”

“We was pleasantly overwhelmed by the view when we went inside the restaurant, the fish pond was amazing , greeted by very smartly presented friendly staff. The food was reasonably priced and tasted amazing! Full or flavour. “We are Americans visiting Manchester for the holidays. The Didsbury Pub was recommended to us for dinner. We had dinner at The Didsbury Pub on Christmas Eve, and it was fantastic! Steven, our server, looked after us; he did a fantastic job. The Didsbury Pub had a Festive Menu on Christmas Eve and our compliments to the Chef. The food was delicious. The hand carved roast turkey with Yorkshire pudding was awesome. So was the Marmalade Glazed Ham Hock. And the desserts. The apple & blackberry crumble was scrumptious; as was the melting chocolate fondant. The pub is beautiful. The atmosphere was great. One of the best dining experiences in all our travels. Thank you to Steven, the Chef, and all the great people at The Didsbury Pub. I highly recommend everyone visiting Manchester to stop in and enjoy The Didsbury Pub.”

“This was our first meal from Armaan's. We have tried everywhere with living in the area for over 60 years. Where we live we are spoilt for choice but more often than not food from some takeaway's food turn up cold or tasteless. Armaan's Kitchen was a good move the food was 'bang-on' and piping hot. The guy who delivered the food was really nice too and introduced himself. So, overall a really nice dining-in experience. Thank you and well done we will definitely order from here again.”

“I have never visited this place in real life however I order from hair when I am wanting a takeaway. They are always so helpful and lovely over the phone. And they always speedily deliver my food to me. I really like the chow mein here as it tastes like a very standard British Chinese chow mein, and although I love the super authentic stuff, this reminds me of memories with my family and friends. The prawn toast here is also good, and isn't too greasy compared to other places.”
