From Becky, the manager, to each and every one of my son's key workers throughout the three years he has been there (Kirsty, Nicola, Emy, Alicia, Lizzie, Amy, Elena), I have always felt he is in the safest hands. Every member of staff is just the loveliest - they put tonnes of effort into the activities they plan, and parents are kept up to date with progress and pictures. Nothing is ever too much, even when I call up in the middle of the day because "he just seemed a bit sad this morning and I wanted to check whether he's cheered up and now having a good day!". They don't just give it lip service, they keep me on the line as they go to check on him, and will pass me on to his key worker if a bigger update is needed. Any time he's had a bump or fall (he's a kid, it's going to happen!), it's been recorded, and I've had a detailed account of exactly how it came about - which ALWAYS matches up to my son's description of the event, too. I really do love all the staff here, they provide a really personal touch which makes the world of difference. And to have your kid come home and say their key worker is their BEST FRIEND is the most heartwarming thing ever. He feels safe, and so do I.”

“I can’t thank Prof. Bruce enough for the outstanding care he has given both of my children. After months of going back and forth with other doctors who dismissed my concerns, Prof. Bruce truly listened. He diagnosed my eldest with glue ear, fitted grommets in both ears, and revised his tongue tie at 18 months old. The difference has been incredible and my son is now 3 and an half and he is thriving. He has also just treated my 9 day old baby and released a posterior tongue tie that had also been overlooked by doctors whilst in hospital. Once again, he listened carefully to everything I had noticed and took my concerns seriously. Since the procedure, my newborn is feeding so much better and is noticeably more settled. Prof. Bruce’s compassion, expertise, and willingness to listen have made a world of difference to our family. “Had an issue with a couple of amps for my home. One was clicking and wouldn't turn on, the other made a pop noise with a load of smoke. Booked them in and the amps were fixed within the week. If anything else develops a fault I'll definitely return”

“My 6-year-old daughter took part in a 4-day holiday club at Little Voices this summer. Despite it being her first time there and not knowing any of the other children beforehand, she came running out on the first day with a big smile, excitedly sharing stories about her "new friends!" At the end of the week, parents were invited to watch the children's performance, and it was truly remarkable! Every child had a chance to shine in their own unique way, which was delightful to watch. Little Voices is such a nurturing environment and there was absolutely no pressure on the children over the 4 days, as some might worry about; the focus was on having fun—and my daughter certainly did that! All the staff are so caring and loving, like a family away from home - three of his key persons particularly standout, Katie G who was his first in Bunnies and supported his transition into nursery life, Jess for support with his speech and language while he was in Fox Cubs and Malaika while he was in Owls for nurturing his curiosity through her experiments. His first parents evening at primary school was full of positives and he is hitting or exceeding all his targets, part of this is the play and experiences he had while being at Footsteps! “Our daughter started at Fisherfield Nursery last September after receiving many recommendations from other parents. She has done a full year there now and we couldn't recommend it enough. She settled in wonderfully, and we feel so reassured by the care and attention she receives. The staff are approachable and accommodating, always ready to address any questions we have. It's been lovely to receive daily updates, including photos of her happily participating in various activities. We have also had the opportunity to spend time with her in nursey during special events that they have held. She is thriving, and it’s clear that the nursery provides a nurturing and engaging environment for her to do so.”

“Great food ...limited choice. I had tomato soup , chicken with vegetables and chocolate brownie for £12. Waiters attentive and friendly. Good location in centre of Ashton. Gets fully booked. Great to see young people learning a trade.”

“Foreign visitor. Impressive. Took the Tram to Ashton from Manchester Piccadilly, £2.80 , 3 stops later and exactly at the Arena, cross the tramline and you're there. Saw the famed Mancity store. The stadium is Impressive. Great facilities and visit. County 91st Junior athletics was in session 2022, great competition too.”
