Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. “We hired the marvel bouncy castle and slide for my little ones 4th birthday. The kids had an absolute blast on it. The added feature of a slide kept them entertained for hours. “I purchased a bosch built in microwave oven yesterday which has now replaced my old bosch 10 Yr old one perfectly and matches the oven. I visited the Oldham store with my wife and spoke to a knowledgeable gentleman called Dan who gave us him time and answered any questions we had. He was very helpful and pleasant. Dan said John would phone me back to check stock in the warehouse the following morning which sure enough he did and he said my microwave oven was ready to collect. I went down to the store straight away to collect and another gentleman carried the microwave and put it into my car after I paid. The gentleman who carried it out also had a nice manor about him and the young lady who was in on Sunday with Dan also was pleasant and talkative. I would recommend this company to anyone and as I have been in retail sales all my working life this kind of service is sadly not available everywhere. I will definitely be back for more stuff soon This company is full of nice people. Thanks again. Eric Unsworth.”

“Had issue with original TV after a few months. Purchased via eBay but called them up direct as stated under warranty. They replaced my TV for an equivalent model with another (in my opinion, better) brand. Good service and very helpful.”

If you are nearby use this shop as they will look after you. When a product is faulty they are understanding and solve the issue promptly. Cash generator are the opposite and will hurl abuse at you. If you are looking for a good 2nd hand store or somewhere to pawn a couple of items. Use CGX”

“It's a returns shop so went in for a fridge freezer and an under counter fridge both were new but a bit banged up if you don't care about that and just want something that does the job then great, you can get a good price, otherwise would suggest a normal Currys.”
