I can honestly say he is unbelievably professional, through and I was informed at all times of what the next step was going to be. Needless to say I’m very happy with the outcome. He was assisted by Emma which was also very professional, lovely and attentive. I would definitely recommend the whole practice.”

“Very happy with my first experience at Ivy today. I'm quite nervous attending the dentist but all of the staff were so kind and welcoming. I was seen by Malcolm and his dental nurse Paul, who were both very efficient and made me feel at ease straight away. Malcolm was brilliant at talking me through everything, making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Kim on reception was also lovely and made setting up my next appointments so easy. Would definitely recommend Ivy, especially if you are a nervous patient like me!”

“Amazing hygienist team!! 8 weeks ago I went to see Caroline, I had lots of inflammation, tartar and excessive bleeding from my gums. I was given a thorough explanation of what was happening and actions to take. Caroline was very clear and obviously loved her job, I was told if I did what she advised we would clear up the issues. 8 week follow up and I was given star pupil status! I did what Caroline told me, there is now no bleeding, my gums are in great condition, next hygienist appointment in 6 months!! I cannot thank Caroline and the team enough. They made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend.”

“I have had a genuine fear of the dentist since being a small child. I can honestly say Sarah, who I have seen several times now, has made me feel so reassured and at ease. I am not the easiest patient but I've even managed to have an extraction out there, rather than going to the hospital under a general anaesthetic, as I have done in previous years. I don't know the name of her dental assistant but together they are fantastic and couldn't be happier with this practice.”

From the start Andrew was so committed to my recovery and each session we were able to make progress. Monitoring each time was also really motivational. “This is an amazing dental practice which I am new to this week, especially if you have a fear of the dentist - from all of the receptionists to the dental nurses and dentist, I had Dr Nuha Zeiton, professional, kind, understanding and patient, a genius at her profession, I was welcomed as soon as I walked in with so much care and attention from the reception team, I was then greeted by the nurses who were going to be with me during the procedure who were both kind and reassuring I had a Temporary Crown with Dr Nuha under sedation and her gentleness goes along way with nervous patients like myself, from the moment I was in the chair I was not rushed, just slowly comforted and then the next thing I new - it was all finished. “I’m very happy with the service I receive from Bramhall Health Centre. I’ve been with them since 1982. After Covid things were not good for a while but I think that applied to all GP practices and I know a lot of people left then. However everything is back on track and both receptionists, nurses, physios and GPs are very helpful and efficient. They were amazing when I desperately needed urgent care. I’m glad I stayed with them and highly recommend. Five stars from me and a big thank you .”
