Nothing is ever too much for Rachel and she’s always honest if she thinks something will work or not. Rachel is a beautiful person inside and out and a visit to Ventus isn’t just a fresh haircut, it’s a visit to see a friend. She’s always so kind and remembers details even if it’s been months since your last visit. The whole team are just lovely. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.”

“I just wanted to take the time out to leave this hairdressers a review. It was my first time I went there to get my hair cut as I was recommended this place by a friend. I’m so fussy with who cuts my hair and always scared if it get ruined as I’ve had many bad experience with hairdressers due to me having long hair and getting it cut to short. I was greeted by Sophie stunning young woman and such a lovely person she did an incredible job and I’m so so happy with my cut and layers. I will 100% be coming back to cut my hair cut done by here again as I was on the search to find someone for the long run. “Went to this salon today for the first time and Jess cut my hair, dont think I've ever had a better salon experience. Firstly as someone neurodivergent the atmosmosphere is lovely and isnt overwhelming, Jess took the time to talk to me so I had time to process what it is I wanted and checked in with me throughout the entire style to make sure I was still happy. Outside of that she let me sit in silence so I was able to relax without feeling pressure to socialise. She was really friendly and supportive and made the entire experience really calming. On top of that I love the hair style, she fully understood what I was after even though I'm not great at explaining it and the hair do felt really customised to my face shape and style. A genuine pleasure.”

Rebecca uses builder gel on my nails, tints my eyebrows and lashes and Chloe k looks after my hair which looks much thicker after a tint, toner and precise cut and blow dry. Diane also does the most wonderful facial and massage. Thank god for bloom broadway.”
