“I've been suffering with abdominal pain for over 6 months and it was put down to suspected gallbladder issues. I was referred to Prof Sheen who after a HIDA scan ruled that out. I was tested for ACNES as an alternative cause and surgery was suggested. I was booked into the Spire and the surgery was carried out swiftly. 6 weeks post op and I haven't had another pain in my abdomen. I'm so pleased Prof Sheen is such an excellent surgeon and diagnostician, and my issue is solved. With the lack of knowledge around this condition I am so happy the correct diagnosis could be formed and solved so quickly.”

Not sure if I am able to name people, but our case worker was absolutely brilliant and just totally 'got' my daughter! He came up with some strategies to help my daughter copy with her anxiety day to day.
