Steve was professional and personable, thorough with his assessment and set out a number of options but without pushing any in particular so we could make the choice we felt was appropriate. We’d definitely go back. Shout out to the friendly staff on reception too, who makes things run smoothly behind the scenes.”

“I honestly don’t think you can get a team that could make you feel so comfortable. Both myself and my son have been for V02 max tests. It’s makes no difference if you are an athlete or just a general runner wanting to improve. The staff are just so welcoming and supportive. We love this place.”

“This is a fantastic rehabilitation centre! It has everything you need all under one roof for every part of your rehabilitation and onwards. It is fully accessible for all disabilities. I can't rate this place highly enough for everything they do. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and supportive. It has a WRVS cafe which is open until 2pm each day. Free Wifi Offer transport services for appointments. Which you do need to book in advance. This centre offers: Specialist Rehabilitation Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Prosthetists, Orthotists Postual Care Specialists and Counselling. Physiotherapy Gym, Wheelchair services, Occupational Therapy, Prosthetics & Orthotics - casting and fitting rooms for both children and adults, Rehabilitation Counselling. The Manchester Prosthetic User Association and Manchester Wheelchair User Group are based here to offer Peer to Peer support to the centre's users. It also has a great resource area with lots of information and event details from numerous charities - Wheel Power, Limbless Association, Limb Power, Blesma, Reach, MacMillan Cancer Support, ManFit, Age UK, LimbCare and many more. The Ability Matters Store is here too, which stocks disability aids and equipment. The lovely staff can help you find exactly what you need to make your daily routine easier. Plus plenty of accessible car-parking.”

“I went to AE Monday 13 October yes the wait was quite long but when I got to be assessed by the doctor he was very thorough and listened to me . I was admitted to a ward AMU the staff were brilliant and very caring. Then I was moved to D6 again staff were lovely especially Suzanne, and Davelee who looked after me both very professional Thank you so much for making my stay In hospital a very pleasant one . “We have been here twice. The first time was last year and there was quite a long wait time, but the staff were great. When we went this time, the wait time was much less and the staff were outstanding, you can tell that they care about their patients and are very patient and understanding. I can’t thank the Dr enough as she did everything to make sure that my Daughter was well and went above and beyond to treat her after she was poorly. We were there for a number of hours, but we were made comfortable and this made it easier. What an amazing job they do there.”
