Healthy dining in Stretford

“We moved to the area around a year ago and our estate agent told us to go here for dinner to celebrate. We didn't get round to it then, but we should've! We came with a group and tried every dish on the menu. There honestly wasn't one average dish, they were all perfectly cooked, creative and beautifully presented. We asked everyone around the table which was their favourite dish and got back at least 6 different answers, so there really is something for everyone. Price wise, I think it's very reasonable. We walked out stuffed, and had wine and desserts for £50/per person roughly.”

“Extremely satisfied with this place! Family-run business, so you know they really take care of the place and the quality of their food. I got the option that lets you try 3 dishes in one meal, as well as their beef and vegetable momos. I highly recommend the broccoli stir fry! Serving was generous and I had to take home some of the food I wasn't able to finish. Not disappointed at all and would definitely go back if I get a chance.”

“Great cafe 10 minute drive from chill factore / Trafford centre. Small / medium sized cafe, no booking taken over the phone for breakfast, first come first served. We arrived @ 11am and it was very busy. Had to wait about 20 mins for a table but was absolutely worth it and staff where polite and kept us updated whilst we waited. Brunch menu served till 12.30 Cooked breakfast / loaded potato skins / smoked salmon & egg / pancakes etc…. Went for the big cooked breakfast which was truly superb. Hashbrowns i think are home made, and lovely, as re the Cumberland sausage etc. The whole thing was big and filling Would definitely recommend and will return again.”

“What is not to like! Great food, quick service, good prices...... all with a smiling Nila behind the face of the business! This is a frequent place for me and a number of my collegues to go for lunch and I cannot recommend it enough. I would suggest getting the mixed curries to take advantage of as much of the menu as possible.”

The energy here is infectious—it’s busy, as is expected in such a massive and popular shopping centre, but the team handles it brilliantly. We experienced fast, efficient service despite the crowds, which is a testament to the staff and management. Most importantly, the food is, as always, amazing and consistently tasty. They deliver on their promise of fresh, delicious Asian-inspired food every time. If you need a reliable, quick, and satisfying meal while shopping, this is definitely the place to go. “I eat here once or twice a week. Consistently friendly staff. And unlike some cafés in this price range they are happy to substitute alternative items for no extra cash on their set meals. They have a veggie breakfast, which I've not tried, but I have no idea how vegan their veggie meals are. Well placed for a meal or a quick cuppa when changing from bus to tram at Trafford Bar, but get there before 2 as they close at half past!”

“Got a takeaway it was piping hot when I got it. Everything was so flavourful and delicious. The chicken in sweet and sour sauce was so fresh and perfectly cooked. The woman on the phone was so nice, I called to ask about complimentary prawn crackers which they normally don’t do but she did them for me! Will be ordering from here again.”

“Visited at a good time, wasn’t busy and not many people so atmosphere was great and service was not rushed. Waiter was a star and really nice and friendly. Food was delicious, enjoyed it with my dad and little sister and they came in generous portion sizes. Although the menu is quite pricy and some items are overpriced as well imo. Food tasted fresh though and we enjoyed it all and took some for takeout as well.”

“Me and my mum went to zizzi on a Sunday afternoon ( expecting it to be busy but pleasantly surprised and was quiet plus school holidays) I had a free birthday meal to use and have been meaning to go to zizzi for a while so perfect opportunity Prior to going already knew what I was getting the vegan aubergine meatball pizza and 6 layer lasagna ( both cooked to perfection and went very well together!) The pizza had a spicy kick , super thin base and delicious toppings while the lasagna had a unique layers with a rich tomato sauce , pesto and crispy kale ( if seen in supermarkets and been tempted to buy from the freezer but glad I had in store ) The service was professional, welcoming and super good with allergens , overall a great time and highly recommend For families , dates , solo the perfect meal that’s reasonably priced , have a range of offers and deals plus if you get the app get perkz like this so the bill was 1/2 price and came to 2 for 1 on mains plus had a cider”
