Long story short - he advised me to slightly increase the standard over the counter painkiller I was currently taking by 50% (which he sold along with other less conventional medicines) and said I should expect results in 3 weeks time. “I first visited Dr Perrin's Clinic in August 2019. As an ME sufferer for nearly 4 years, it was so refreshing to meet a professional who not only 'gets' the illness, but can explain the processes causing my symptoms. With the NHS's diagnostic technique being based on a process of elimination, with only pacing and cbt offered up as treatment, to have Dr Perrin comprehensively explain what physical signs he looks out for and to offer a personalised treatment plan once he found these signs, actually made me quite emotional. Every ME sufferer thinks 'maybe I'm not actually ill' on their good days, so to be examined on a good day and to be told 'you are ill, but I can help you get better' filled me with such hope. I'm used to the fatigue taking over and lasting for days or weeks at a time, but after a month and a half of treatment, I've not had a day off work, any fatigue I've felt has lifted within hours, and Dr Perrin and both of the physios I've seen for lymphatic drainage have been lovely, professional and kind. I feel totally supported, and completely motivated to keep to my treatment plan. I can't recommend Perrin's Corner enough, and I'm excited to continue my own journey towards recovery. I urge anyone with the means to follow this treatment plan to get in touch.”

“Was excited to visit Hea as I'd seen it last time I went to Prestwich but had already eaten at the makers market. We finally went on the weekend and it didn't disappoint! It's a small cafe so you might not find a seat quickly as when we went it was busy, but luckily the table in the window was available. There's lots to choose from on the menu such as Hong Kong style sandwiches, toast, and street food, as well as Hong Kong tea, coffee and bubble tea (but there are also normal teas and coffees). We ordered the ham and egg sandwich, satay steak sandwich and pistachio toast. Unfortunately some of the wraps are limited to summer months but we hope to try those next time. The wait was a bit long as it was busy, but it was worth the wait!! All very tasty and reasonably priced, especially if you go for the set menu. I definitely want to come back and try everything else!”
