She picked up on my problem areas straight away without me needing to explain much, and talked me through what she was doing. Her communication throughout was excellent — she checked in often to make sure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable at all times. I felt completely relaxed and well looked after. What really stood out was that she didn’t just stop at the massage. She also gave me personalised stretches and exercises to help with my specific tension and pain going forward. All the staff were really lovely even at the reception, and made me feel welcome. I’ve booked again so that should say everything!”

He takes his time and has a lot of patience with me as I'm always asking for little changes after he's already put in a lot of work. You get exactly what cut you ask for which is usually a rarity for a lot of other barbers. All of the staff are relaxing to be around, and have some funny conversations which never fail to make me laugh. The atmosphere is great and the shop is designed well inside which makes you feel like you're in good hands.”
