I had 2 follow up appointments booked the same day for the treatment required, unfortunately I had to cancel the 1st as I was unwell, Jill was very understanding and concerned and there was no problem cancelling the appointment and another appointment was made Jill rang me the day after my first treatment to check I was ok and Tim also offered to see me again if there were any issues.
