“1st session: Glyn from Cheshire Dog Services Ltd is amazing. Took us ages to pick our jaw up from the floor. We've got an 8 month old GSD who pulls on walks, doesn't listen to my wife at all, jumps up all the time in the house and on walks. In one session Glyn had him listening to his every word, waiting 15 minutes next to a pile of treats without eating them. He showed us how to get Samson to sit, lie down, wait at the door and how to get Samson to heel on his walks. He gave us clear commands to give Samson in various situations. It was amazing,. The next day I took Samson out for his walk, did what Glyn had told us and he walked to heel, wasn't as distracted by people and other dogs. A week on he's brilliant on walks. We both enjoy them a lot more, he heels, leaves other distractions behind him, no longer jumps at, or on people on his walks, and he doesn't try to pull your arm off when other dogs are around [to play with them] . He's a different dog, all thanks to Glyn. I cannot recommend Glyn and Cheshire Dog Services enough for what they have done for us and Samson. We're continuing to see Glyn to embed what we've learned so far and to enrich ours and Samson's future.”

Benton is a nervous soul due to some experiences he's had in the past and Melissa was so good at reassuring him and building up his confidence. “Have to say, we would be lost without petpals looking after our cats when we go away, far cheaper than putting the cats in a cattery and we know they are all safe,fed , kept warm and are well when we are not there- one of the best advantages of the service is you also know your house is in safe hands closing the curtains and turning on the lights at night. They know all our cats names and behaviours and introduce themselves before they start to look them/ when we come home from holidays a diary of all their behaviour , what they eat , drank and any issues (not one so far). We have used petpals for a few years now and will continue to do so. The previous comment with one star is completely off topic!”

“Natalie has been walking Stella since she’s been old enough to go for walks, and did puppy visits before that. She’s helped with training, socialising and so much more! We know our girl is in the safest of hands with Natalie, and judging from the pictures and how tired she is when she gets home, she has a great time too! The Pet Care company are friendly, flexible, reliable, and love your pet as much as you do, cannot recommend them enough. We’d be lost without Natalie!”

“The best dog daycare in the area! We've tried a few others and Domestic Doggess is so much better. No smelly warehouses or freezing cold caravans in a field. They have an amazing free range outdoor space full of obstacles and fun and a lovely warm, indoor area for rest and sleep. Emma, Jonathan and the team treat the dogs like their own family. Regular photo updates throughout the day, and nothing is too much for them. Both our dogs have been going here for years and they stay here when we're on holiday too (boarding). Thanks for everything you do for the dogs!”

“Took my dogs to be vaccinated at Grappenhall Veterinary Centre. Greeted by lovely pleasant staff on reception, the surgery smelt lovely when I walked in and was so clean and tidy. Alexa the vet was amazing in the consult and put my mind at rest- we think one of my dogs has a little heart issue and she reassured me on how to treat her going forward. I have complete faith that she will guide me through the next steps and I know that she is in safe hands. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alexa and her team :0)”
