“Had a impromptu lunch date at this cafe and it was wonderful! the atmosphere was relaxing and very welcoming. The staff are warm and helpful ,we had to a make dietary request and they accommodated it and it wasn't any bother. cafe is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, they have different types of chairs which was a life saver for my back! Absolutely loved the food , a little expensive I would say but definitely worth it , best BBQ chicken cheese toastie I've had and the salad that accompanied it was gorgeous. Just what was need on a hot day. I would definitely recommend this place !”

“Lovely pub in Old Glossop. Stayed for a night on a walking weekend. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were really friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious - one of us had a roast dinner with amazing cauliflower cheese. The other two shared delicious tapas, highlight was the ribs and the feta salad. A lovely pub, highly recommend.”

“I don’t have curry very often and it’s the first time getting it from here, & I have to say it was absolutely Delicious , everything was Piping hot when it arrived and arrived within 30 minutes. I will definitely use this place again.”

“We stayed in room 214, room was clean a bit on the small side,bedding and towels were clean, bed was firm and the pillows were very firm,not much of a view, we had 4 pidgeons keep in us company outside the window,we didn’t get a good nights sleep because the thermostat which was next to the bed kept clicking all night, quite loudly so we didn’t get much sleep. The soap hadn’t been re filled in the shower, we asked at reception and it was filled, staff very pleasant but overall well worth the money”

“Great facility. Clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The building is a beautiful Victorian structure. You do have to create an account and book on line. Morning sessions are busy, so get on line early!”

From design and throughout the design period and the installation we have received exceptional support from all the staff at Glossop. I would like to pay particular thanks to Rachel, she has been outstanding. The quality thus far is superb. Weare really pleased. I can say with all honesty that throughout all the staff have gone above and beyond. Well done. For all those nay sayers, this is not the first Howdens kitchen I have bought. Value for money and durability is what their product is about. They have also been able to send us to the right Granite and quartz people to dress the surfaces. Outstanding . “The walk in centre Nurse Harriet is such a asset to this unit. Nurse Harriet is Very polite, calm and understanding. Also a very quick result from triage to xray and then the results. Made the visit in terrible pain not seem daunting. Thank you for your care”

“I needed a pump for the hydrolastic to take back to Spain with me. I phoned on Wednesday morning and spoke with a lovely lady who said she’d process it quickly for me. I ordered on the website and the pump arrived next day. I’m at the other end of the country. The service is so good and I now know where to go for anything I need for my MGF. Thank you all so much.”

“I love coming here for a breather by myself or with my little boy. He absolutely loves it, Lindsay is a gem and her food is delicious. The freshly made milkshakes go down a treat with my boy, the tea is spot on and the hot food is always tasty. There are lots of walks in the area so it's a great place to start or finish at.”

“The most beautiful nails I have ever got done. Gems stayed on no problems, when often they fell off after a week. Had to come back as my black color was changing to dark blue in the sun and they didn’t let me leave again until we were sure they don’t do that anymore, free of charge. Very quick service, clearly all staff know what they were doing. Can’t wait to go again for another artsy set!”
