“I've been coming here for over four years and I think they are very good at waxing eyebrows. I find the comments made about staff being rude and shouting hard to believe, as that's something I've never experienced or seen. If anything the way some customers speak to the staff I consider to be rude. Hardly hear people saying thank you or please. Manners work both ways.”

“We had delivery of our Hathaway Emperor Bed & Mattress last week and honestly — I’m lost for words! This has been one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. We were really impressed with the fabric samples and brochure sent out, they made choosing so much easier. The bed was even ready earlier than expected, and we’re absolutely over the moon with the quality and craftsmanship. It’s huge, luxurious, and worth every penny. I can’t wait to show it off! Already told our nearest & dearest all about EBC — we’re that impressed.”

It never fails to disappoint & it sets me up for the day. It's also very reasonably priced & the staff are very friendly & accommodating. Really can't fault the place.”

“Essentially a hostel with extra steps but this place is ideal for a cheap tidy and clean room to sleep in for the night in the centre of Manchester. The manager was helpful and courteous and the check-in/out process easier than ever. There is perhaps a lack of security and a few strange features such as no sink in the toilet but in the shower room.”

“The only Chinese takeaway we'll use. Meals are always the same every time, great quality consistently. Very tasty and cooked well. Delivery is usually early unless it's a busy weekend, but even then it's still always on time. Great service, friendly staff.”

I received email confirmation, followed by a phone call from Hamza who was brilliant and put my mind at rest. Delivery was scheduled for 3 weeks. I received a phone call from Premier who delivered and another call from Hamza. It arrived on time, extremely well wrapped. All sections and absolutely fantastic quality. “I've been here twice recently (once drunk), and both in the rain, though that's hardly relevant. These guys have accommodated my request of a non menu meal thrown together in a tray I can carry and eat whilst walking (one time stumbling) home. The foods always been fresh, hot and delicious. Check it out. For the record, it's a tray with chips, battered chicken balls and satay sauce. It's about £7 and well worth it!”
