The whole process was friendly and simple and we ended up with the perfect piece of furniture in our new kitchen extension. Aaron and Sam who came to install the furniture were really polite and efficient and left everything clean and looking great. “Went to our closest store at Edge Lane Liverpool for a new mattresses. We where met by Kelly who was so welcoming. I explained our needs as I have some health issues,straight away Kelly put me at ease. After finding out which mattress would suit us, Kelly pointed us in the right direction and made our purchase easy after trying out a few. From the moment we arrived,,the staff were welcoming, attentive and made us feel relaxed. everything ran smoothly and nothing was too much trouble The food was absolutely delicious- everyone at the table loved their dishes and portions were generous. The shop itself in southport is divine and you could easily spend hours here. It's a small family run business so I think the other reviews on here are possibly unfair and comparing to the huge chains like DFS. If you want poor taste naff sofas but lighting fast customer service go there. For unique and beautiful items and an honest, human experience, go with these guys, always so funny and sweet on the phone and will go the extra mile for you. Shame to see people publicly dumping on an independent company, ignore them, moaners and groaners love to make their views heard!! Trust me they're ace!
