“One of the most unspoken things about any cafe is the level of service. Today I was served by Jodie. She was upbeat, smiling and an absolute example of how to show up to a customer. She may go through her day with no one mentioning it, but a smile is catching. Thanks Jodie. You never know when or who might need your lightheartedness. A very clean and comfortable coffee shop, and after a long walk in Fletcher Moss, it was the ideal environment for my children to relax. “This is a generally busy Nero coffee shop located near Manchester Royal Hospital and Manchester University. It is very close to the Whitworth Gallery. I like the coffee in Nero coffee shops. It is generally consistent. The staff in this particular branch are always friendly and helpful with good service. They keep the place tidy. My only criticism is that like many Nero Coffee shops the furniture is looking somewhat tired and in need of a refresh.”

“Almost walked past the place and thankfully we didn't. Welcomed in and the staff who took order was very chilled and polite. Food was a very good portion and the nan bread was fresh the salad and sauce that also came was very tasty and really made the meal! The chicken was of high quality very soft and juicy deffo going back again. This is real food. Worth every penny.”
