“Saturday 8th June 2024 Today, I had a good fortune to be in this grand little real ale micropub This pub had some excellent quaint beers on from small breweries. There were good local followers of real ale beers. The staff/owners were really good and knew their real ales. There was also a smashing quiet real ale outdoors drinking area at the rear of the pub. The best real ale pub in Hazel Grove by far”

“This is a new barbers near us and we went in to get a hair cut for our 2 yr old son. He has never been keen on haircuts before and we usually trim his hair at home because we had 2 meltdowns at others barbers before and we wanted to avoid that. Anyway this time we decided on a proper haircut and chose this place because of the good reviews. We were not disappointed. The place looks modern and well maintained. Not only was our son ok but he got a really good big boy haircut. The staff listened to what we wanted and also gave his suggestion which was helpful. He was really gentle while cutting his hair even when our son turned away his head now and then. We had no problems at all and our son was happy at the end because he got lollipops after that too. So overall would recommend this place for kids haircuts.”

“I am a regular visitor with my assistance dog, and even though we do not buy anything in the shop, we are always made to feel very welcome and my dog always receives a treat, and the son put air in my bicycle tyres, I really find the help and the welcome from this shop amazing and means a lot to me.”

“Purchased a new tumble dryer from modern aids, the service was excellent, delivered on a date of my choice and the gentleman who delivered installed and tested the dryer, was very pleasant and made sure I was happy. on top of this the price was cheaper than AO, and curry's etc.”

“Brill. Chris' knowledge and explanations were great. Have an issue with stomach for a long time. Reflux, pains, vomiting. Had the acupuncture points treatment for my stomach. Im sore in places right now, but definitely feel easier with breathing. Had aches and pains in places for years and never understood why they never went like in my upper back on the left side. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they gave me a spare battery for the remote, they allowed me to charge my phone, and they even went and bought me a new battery to try in the remote. “Adam & Gary are very friendly and do great cuts. Good value for money. Easy free parking at the back. Still very happy with the service been going for at least 10 years. Booking system is great and means you never have to wait, often walk straight to the chair. I usually call early morning and get an appointment the same morning or early afternoon. The lads allow enough time between appointments so never rushed.”

“Superb service from a great team. I had an issue with the drainpipe and roof gutter, starting to cause interior mold and damp. Nobody could get around for weeks, and were asking silly money. Luckily I tried Drainage Consultants. A very friendly and polite team turned up and made a difficult job look so easy. Exceptional price and quick turnaround with a thorough explanation of the work that had been done. I could not have asked for better.
