“I was staying in Manchester as l was visiting and was feeling unwell and spoke to 111 who ordered a prescription for me. They said they would send it there but they did not they had sent it to another pharmacy. The pharmacist told me not to worry he would ring them up to cancel it and release the prescription and then he could do it for me. It took 5 minutes and he saved me having to walk to another chemist. Really good service. Would recommend them.”

“What absolutely brilliant service from Annie at the Trafford Centre Branch. I don’t live near a Lakeland so it was just easier to call and speak to someone about my hesitation on buying a high price item and enquiring what kind of guarantees Lakeland provide. Annie reassured me and explained everything so well and answered all of my questions; I had way too many. The customer service I received was exceptional, Lakeland have found themselves a great employee here. No doubt if I ever go in store there one day, I’ll know who to speak to. “I have always found them to be most helpful, slow and careful behind the counter, but I would want to collect medicine prepared by a chemist in a rush ! Yesterday I phoned and spoke to Jane, she sorted out an inhaler for my daughter as she's broken hers. No fuss, just call back in a couple of hours and it'll be ready sir . She even contacted the doctors to get the repeat prescription so I didn't have to be on hold forever. Great friendly service. 5*”

“The shop is clean, airy and well set out with a wide range of products. There is always something new in stock. This is my local "corner shop" Owners, Linda and family are always welcoming and ready for a chat but they don't tolerate bad manners or those who don't wear a mask.
