“I have used a number of UK to Ghana door to door shipping companies and the issues are the same - unprofessionalism in communication, lack of transparency with pricing, cash system to evade taxes, no optimum pick up route meaning that you would have to wait around all day to confirm over call (at least 5 times) whether your box will be picked up and it still would not be etc etc. The list of negatives with Ghanaian door to door companies are endless. Then we discovered Manc Global Logistics and thought it was too good to be true. We booked collection online, got that acknowledged by text and email. Then we got told when our collection date would be with a tracking link that would be live on said day. And then on the day, the link went live and the van pulled up to our driveway at the appointed time. Box was picked and we were able to make payment online rather easily by card. The prices were also published online so it was easy to know how much was going to be paid. We received a pdf receipt in the email and that was it. Such a breeze. For the first time in all my years in the UK, shipping a box home has been hustle free and has not messed up my working day in anyway. Absolutely incredible for same price as well. Please do not hesitate to go with this company for your door to door shipping needs to Ghana. I am staying with them forever.”

“I took my Bernese mountain dog to HotDog for the second time today and the service was fab! Sally is only 5 months and a bit nervous, also quite a big dog even if she’s just a puppy. I popped in a bit early to see how she was doing since I was in a cafe next door and the owner was grooming Sally who seemed very relaxed :) She smells so lovely now and very fluffy !!! “Although this company deals with a lot of HGVs, I've taken our cars there for several years for their MOTs. Always done on time and with fair advice every visit. One of the reasons I've taken cars there is that they don't normally work on cars so there's no percentage in them charging for work that doesn't need doing, unlike some garages. The other reason is that there's a great cafe over the road.”
