“Now this place is a real hidden gem! Me and the better half stumbled upon this place after looking for a different food place and I'm so glad we found it! We ordered the steak in a ciabatta with skin on fries. The steak was cooked to perfection along with a good amount of fried onions. The house sauce was amazing too! We highly recommend this place and the owner was so helpful. Get yourself down here at once!”

It is a husband and wife who run this place and you can tell they put their heart and soul in to each dish and the service they give is attentive and really friendly. “This is a lovely little cafe on Pepper Road Industrial Estate and you can takeaway. I had a mango and berry smoothie and a sweet chilli and cheese panini. Both were absolutely delicious! Will definitely be coming back! The staff are also very friendly and welcoming.”

“This place is lovely , my friend and I meet up about once a month and this is becoming our go to for a morning coffee and small bite to eat. It's clean and tidy and plenty of space to get between tables. The staff are all very pleasant and don't leave you hanging about for drinks and soon after comes the food. The poached eggs on toast was done to perfection and the iced coffee was lovely , my friend enjoyed her cheese crumpets too. Lovely place to go for a chat and catch up .”

“I had such a lovely experience. I was served by these two sweet sisters who filled my strange request of a mystery cake and drink and boy did they not underserve. The cafe was so quaint and lovely with the essence of small village cafe and was decorated with needle felted spiders for halloween. Overall it was a great experience and i recommend the victoria sponge.”

“Just had a mixed kebab of chicken and Donna meat, it was so good, plenty of chicken and loads of Donna, the bread was thin and tasty, plenty of fresh salad. It was one of the best I have had, will definitely go back and recommend it”

“Recently moved (Sept22) now inside Doctor Feelgood. Which is a very trendy bar. (Music is very loud) but good atmosphere... Now let's talk Burgers burgers burgers. Amazing burgers. Great place to go if u want a burger with a different. Maybe chilly in it.. maybe Mac n cheese in it! The special is always good. Chips are great also as you can put great toppings on them! Staff seemed really helpful n welcoming.”

“This pub is a old fashioned gem it has still got its old-fashioned styled rooms and snug it has that quaint appeal to it, and it's a propper locals pub. There is a really good range of Robinsons hand pumped ales on offer today from Robinsons Keep up good work people involved with this pub”

“I ordered a pizza and regular fries from Forkys grill. The food was with me within half an hour from ordering and I live a few miles away. The food was great, amazing Pizza and for once from a takeaway the fries were hot by the time they arrived. Very nice chap who delivered the food with a smile. will definitely be ordering from them again :)”

“Always a good here here, the kebabs are huge. One of the few places which ask for a little less meat and a tonne more salad are happy to do that. They are happy to make changes to your chosen item too. Delivery is fast too.”

“The atmosphere is warm and always inviting. Gent on the bar is friendly and attentive and the selection of drinks is spot on and the food delicious — pork pies / scotch eggs on the bar and fish ‘n chips Fridays! — everything you want in a great pub.”

“Friday night karaoke for a friend's 40th. Reasonable range of Robinson's ales and standard pub lagers. The atmosphere was excellent. A friendly, warm and well behaved crowd. Comfortable and welcoming.”

“This is one of the best pubs in the area. I have been going here on and off since way before it was renovated last time and Julie and her team work hard to make this a fun and welcoming place to go. There is no food but the cost of a pint is reasonable, has live music every weekend, has a small enclosed outdoor area and you are not constantly looking over your shoulder. How often do you hear the words “We have had to shut the front door as we are full” in pubs any more! Keep up the good work Julie.”

“Great place, lots of different areas to sit, lovely food at a great price, great outdoor seating at the back, very friendly welcoming staff. Went there for a drink in the weekend and it was packed. Really appreciate the service as it was way faster than I was thinking. We will have to pay as you buy which is a great way as we don't want to worry about the bills and tips. Food is amazing I ordered a cooked chicken which as very juicer and well cooked and tasty. We have ordered a couple of drinks which was in a reasonable price. Loved the place and atmosphere definitely suggested to everyone want to have a good time. Only problem I think was with the parking, they don't have any parking as we have to find places in the nearby streets, which isn't so nice, but it's ok as it sits on the main road.”

“We oredered two pizzas and one pasta for main food. both were delicious. Also, we oredered two tiramiso and one cheed cake as desert. so fresh and served with a scope of ice cream which I liked it. Price for all plus two drinks was 68 pounds. For sure we will come back whenever come to manchester.”
