“Booked a bottomless brunch, quick service and great food and drinks. We did the £5 upgrade for the better cocktails - worth it! Downside, both people had to finish their drinks before being served the others so if one drinks fast, and the other doesn’t you’re losing out because the drinks aren’t flowing. However worth the money. Would book again.”

“What a find. I was out for an appointment, and was early. We spotted this place, unassuming. We were greeted and seated. The breakfast was cooked from scratch fresh. No preparation, out of fridge to be cooked The value was excellent. Also I could help that community in a small way. If was in my home town would be a regular.”

“I can’t say enough good things. Not only does he give a consistently great haircut, but he also really listens to what I want and follows through perfectly. The attention to detail is top-notch. What really sets him apart, though, is that when I mentioned I was thinking about getting into barbering myself, he took the time to give me some genuinely helpful advice and insights about the trade. “Popped in for a drink before my local club Rushall played Away to Curzon Ashton. Really chilled and relaxed vibe, as well as a fantastic array of music and cool knick knacks adorning the whole shop / bar. Although there is nothing on draught, the owner will happily decant any drink of choice into a cool cold glass. Went for a couple of the German Pilseners including the Jever which went down a treat. Only disappointment was that I didn't have more time to try a few more flavours. Will hopefully make a return in future seasons but well recommended and can imagine it is rightly busy in evenings.”

“5 stars are not enough to reflect how amazing the service was at Grade A jewellery. I had a few piece's of old broken jewellery that was no good anymore. I took them to Grade A Jewellery and they melted it all down for me and created 3 beautiful bangels. These bangels will become a family heirloom for generations to come. “A lovely traditional park with lots to see and do. The park has good play areas for the little ones which includes a water fountain play area in the summer months. A lovely coffee shop in the centre of the park with an ice cream van present near the play areas for most of the warmer months. There are also bowling greens, a duck pond and aviary with various types of birds to look at. Worth a visit if you're in the area and an excellent way to kill a few hours for free.”

“Just been to heroes of Waterloo for lunch- 5 adults.We had a table in the restaurant. The choice of food was extensive and comparably priced. The portions were very good, well cooked and presented. The food was of good quality. The service was good, flowed well, not long periods of waiting and at the same time not rushed. Surroundings well maintained and clean Good atmosphere. All were happyand would come back”

“Good value for money food, a decent selection of real ales if that is what you like (a taster offered to my partner so it was easier to choose). Always a friendly welcome from the landlady and bar staff alike. Great quiz on a Sunday night with free sandwiches and beer tokens as prizes. Ps the aforementioned "landlord " is no longer there.”
