“Fantastic hotel. As a corporate, I've stayed in many hotels and I can honestly say that the village cheadle is the best in terms of service, attentiveness / friendliness of staff, food quality is top quality, gym and spa facilities excellent. Im a member of David Lloyd and I can tell you the quality of the gym and spa at the village cheadle is on a par to DL at a fraction of the price. Village cheadle is 3* hotel but in my opinion it far surpasses the other 4* hotels in the vicinity”

“I work at Willowhurst, the Preston service and I absolutely love my job. It can be challenging, we’re working with the most complex young people in the country, but seeing their progress and the difference placement makes to them is so rewarding. The team at Willow are a great bunch of people, so supportive and always up for a laugh too! The model of care is something you won’t find anywhere else and that’s what I love about it, it’s innovative and bold and it really works well. Would recommend working here if you really want to make a positive difference in the lives of young people!”

“Excellent brunch on a Friday. Great service from all staff (Laura main server). Had the limited time bottomless pancakes. The bacon & maple pancakes were so good I had to have a second serving! Just the right amount of maple syrup to taste but without drowning the pancakes like lots of places. I also tried the strawberry & cream pancakes which were also great (couldn't finish them sadly). Plus had my favourite Raspberry Crush mocktail (the one with orange sorbet) which I'm so glad they brought back (it was on the menu for years but it disappeared for a while and recently returned). Great meal, good location too.”

She works with a genuine smile, is friendly to everyone, and goes out of her way to remember people’s orders. Emma carries herself like she owns an independent coffee shop, and she represents both the franchise and the Costa brand impeccably. In a world full of mediocre service, she is a refreshing standout. “Staying at the attached Premier Inn with family during house renovations. Came for breakfast on reopening, after having watched them spend the weeks leading up to it doing maintenance and cleaning everything. Very clean and tidy inside. Breakfast was great. Good fry up and selection of fruits, cereals and yoghurts. Coffee good too. And the measure of any hotel breakfast, fantastic croissants which came hot from the oven! Joanne who served us was great,very friendly and attentive. Was lovely when serving my young children too. Thank you! Back tomorrow :)”

“Superb food, friendly helpful staff, what more could you ask for? Having not eaten here before we decided to try a few dishes and had the chicken pad Thai, chicken drunken noodles, spring rolls, prawn toast, spicy chicken wings and a king prawn dish whose name escapes me. Oh and prawn crackers with sweet chilli sauce. No complaints at all. The food was stunning and was devoured by the whole family. My daughter was caught off guard by how spicy the pad Thai was but she had a feast of everything else.”
