There are about 7 till stands but mostly 2-3 in use per time thereby increasing waiting time. This is usually the frustrating part of my shopping. “Brilliant place.......Went at 10am with my 22 month old nephew. Didn't need to book, might possibly need to on certain other days if a special activities day. Possibly best to ring and check. Lovely friendly staff. Great menu for food and drinks. Lots of tables and chairs to sit at. Extremely clean in all areas. Lots of choice for under 3 year olds to play. Different areas for different ages. Overall a great find. Would definitely recommend 10/10.”

“I ordered a single sofa bed which is great, but my 5 star review is for the Dunelm delivery service. Dunelm narrowed down the delivery slot to a 3 hour window the night before which was really helpful. Then on the day the driver called me one hour before to let me know their approximate delivery time, again so helpful! My chair was delivered by two really friendly people (I think they were called Sam and Dan, I didn't write their names down so hopefully I'm right). They were quick and efficient. They found my building immediately and the correct entrance (it's a large, old mill) without issue, this rarely happens. They also brought the chair in to the building and lift with no problem or complaints. It's honestly the quickest delivery of furniture to and in to my building I've ever experienced. I would definitely order large furniture to be delivered again from Dunelm.”
