“Excellent customer service CHROME HAIRDRESSERS is a very friendly and helpful company . I started going about 4 months ago to CHROME for the very first time. I had not gone to the hairdressers for a long time( i had been very ill and lost all my hair),so as you can appreciate, i was very consciences when it actually came to having it cut,because when my hair did grow back, it was very fine . When I went to Chrome, the young Lady that now does my hair ,she explains in detail everything as regards colour and/stages where we were and how long it would be before we got the colour i wanted to get too! I trust Chrome complicity.... Oh, Sorry, Yes within the shop there is a young man whom also runs his business from Chrome he also is excellent within his field of work, his quality of work is a 100% and such a Lovely person. I now go every 4/6 weeks,I have got so much faith in the ladies and gentlemen ,this was the reason i now go. They always make your visit feel welcome, and you get that good feeling when you come away. Excuse the long review, but I could speak their praises all day long,but again, that you need to find out for yourselves!!!!. All Good, though. x”

“I don’t usually leave reviews however, this true act of kindness by the Salon Owner and her staff has meant the world to me and my daughters. I was hospitalised due to pneumonia, my daughter had braids in her hair from holiday and lots had fell out, she was devastated. My mum tried several hairdressers and finally went to Prestige. Jo and a colleague replaited my daughter’s hair immediately and even gave her replacement bobbles, when mum offered to pay they politely refused to accept anything. My daughters were upset that I wasn’t at home and this act of sheer kindness is beyond words. I actually am a customer of prestige however had not had extensions for some time (when I did they were amazing). However, the staff didn’t realise it was my daughter which is even more heartwarming thank you Jo and Team keep up the incredible work xx”

“I'm a bloke with long hair and was in Stockport for an event and after getting my hair butchered at another barbers not far from this one, upon realising how much my hair had been buggered up, I went here. The barber was understanding, and without an appointment spent close to 45 minutes on me and managed to salvage my cut. Knew exactly what he was doing, was friendly and patient and extremely good at his trade. He saved me a lot of stress and if I was in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to go here to get a cut. Shiva always dealt with me as visited for skin care, she suggested micro needling, hydra facial and some effective injectable vitamins. I went for micro needling and vitamin C it’s effective for my skin condition as I have dark spot and hyperpigmentation. Good services and impressive results.
