“Recently purchased a MK8 Golf R, stupidly viewing it over a video call rather than in person then had it delivered. After cleaning it for the first time I noticed quite a lot of hazing on the front of the bonnet, and patches where the paintwork had been touched up. I took it to Ben at Cheshire Car Care, expecting to be told that it would need a respray given how thin the paint was in some areas, but he worked his magic and managed to sort it. I've had a 3-stage detail, with some wet sanding where required, and finished with a ceramic coat. The car looks like new, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
