Owners couldn't have been more helpful, really take their time in showing you options and letting you make your own mind up. Even had some new earring backs to ensure they can't be lost. Highly recommended, and will continue to use. Even witnessed the owner 'repair' a carriage clock that just needed the connections cleaning FOC, another shop would have easily charged for the same 'repair'”

“I cannot recommend Victoria and her program enough. I am one of those individuals who had a major fear of flying and was able to avoid it most of my life. Then my husband had a very special work trip that I needed to attend that was across the country. I didn't know what to do as the thought of flying absolutely terrified me, but I didn't want to miss out on my husband's accomplishments either. Then along came Victoria and her program. Not only was I able to get on that plane with her help, but through the program I was able to understand how other parts of my life were driven by fears and anxiety too. I got so much more than I bargained for from her Thrive program. She also helped me with solutions and techniques to get me through my flight when I got nervous. And when I let my imagination start getting the best of me, I could hear her voice in my head reminding of the process and techniques and it really worked. “I can't thank Kerry Hollowell from Davis Blank and Furniss Glossop branch enough for all her help and support. My dad died in october and Kerry went through eveything in detail with us, if I got confussed or needed any updates she always ansered quickly and with support. I was devestated when my dad died, I was on cancer treatment and to top it off we live 3 hours away. She dealt with everything and took so much pressure away for me.
