“So pleased with our puppy’s first groom. She is a yorkiepoo and her face fur around her nose was getting long! I tried several times to attempt to trim it but she was having none of it! I messaged Georgia to enquire and received lots of information of what her grooms involve….so we booked her in! Georgia said Willow was a very good girl and she came home looking and smelling beautiful- puppy trimmed all over (inc face!), ears cleaned which was also tricky for us to clean as she had stains following an infection and again, wouldn’t let us near her ears to clean them and much more. “I had looked and rang around many groomers before booking in with smartbreeders, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and everything was covered on the call! I ended up taking her on a Saturday which was better for me but they aren't usually open weekends just that a girl had to make up a day! I’ve had my rescue zeena for 2 months now and had her groomed at pets at home first off but it was not a great experience, it was rushed, she was unfinished and I will not be returning again! The girl at smartbreeders was extremely helpful and profession, asked about zeena and what I want for her! I was worried as the previous groom said she screamed and didn’t like anything with the noise and had just had to do the best she could! Smartbreeders had her for around 3 hours so I went off to do some errand! They done exactly what I had asked for and she came out happy and looking beautiful! The girl even text me to tell me how she was and that she was doing great and to pick up whenever! I highly recommend them! Although it is across manchester 30 mins away and only weekdays I will definitely be using them going forward and will work around it! I will recommend to everyone! See for yourself!!”

She always listens to what we ask for and somehow makes my dog look like hes ready for the red carpet, a look we would never been able to achieve in two hours! Would definitely recommend- shes worth every penny”

“We were delighted when we collected our three dogs after a 9 day stay at Pine Lodge. They were happy, obviously pleased to see us and looked clean and cared for. As all three are long haired the obvious care to brushing and eye cleaning was noticeable. We saw lovely photographs of them running around and looking obviously happy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pine Lodge as Sean and Julie have a very obvious natural ability and caring nature with the dogs. “1st session: Glyn from Cheshire Dog Services Ltd is amazing. Took us ages to pick our jaw up from the floor. We've got an 8 month old GSD who pulls on walks, doesn't listen to my wife at all, jumps up all the time in the house and on walks. In one session Glyn had him listening to his every word, waiting 15 minutes next to a pile of treats without eating them. He showed us how to get Samson to sit, lie down, wait at the door and how to get Samson to heel on his walks. He gave us clear commands to give Samson in various situations. It was amazing,. The next day I took Samson out for his walk, did what Glyn had told us and he walked to heel, wasn't as distracted by people and other dogs. A week on he's brilliant on walks. We both enjoy them a lot more, he heels, leaves other distractions behind him, no longer jumps at, or on people on his walks, and he doesn't try to pull your arm off when other dogs are around [to play with them] . He's a different dog, all thanks to Glyn. I cannot recommend Glyn and Cheshire Dog Services enough for what they have done for us and Samson. We're continuing to see Glyn to embed what we've learned so far and to enrich ours and Samson's future.”
