“We visited the salon for the first time yesterday after discovering through Treatwell. The salon was clean, well presented and all the staff seemed very polite and professional. We were immediately greeted by Stacey who offered myself and my daughter a drink. Stacey performed my daughter’s hair service and was extremely patient with her throughout, especially with all the questions she had! My daughter loves her haircut and had a great experience, we will definitely be booking in again, thanks!”

“I had my first appointment with Jennifer for a bikini wax and Jennifer was really great and very friendly. I was nervous and she put me at ease. However I thought a little more could’ve been removed and I put all of this on an another review and she called me and asked me if I wanted to come back and have what I wanted removed. I first messaged on instagram with queries as I haven’t had my nails done in so many years and they were so helpful in giving me the information I needed. I got my nails done today and Zara made me feel so welcome. I felt nervous with not knowing exactly what I needed or what would suit my nails but she made me feel at ease and asked if I was happy with them throughout. “I went to create and coat before my hen party. They really looked after me from the moment I walked in and got me even more excited for it. Bec was fantastic throughout. She listened to what I wanted as I explained my ideas and showed her some pictures of what I was thinking. She found colours that I described and helped me pick what would go well together. She made sure she was sure what I wanted before she started so she knew I would be happy when she finished. She then checked I was happy when finished. I was over the moon with the result. The manager kept checking in that I was having a good time and kept complimenting my nails. The appointment was fantastic and I would highly recommend if you want to be pampered.”
