“I had a classic gel pedicure here with French nail art this evening by Maria and it was brilliant. My feet feel super smooth and the nail prep and the gel application was super thorough and the result is perfect! It was such a nice vibe in the salon and the ladies were lovely and accommodating - I was offered refreshments by multiple members of staff throughout my visit and generally just felt super welcome. They also have a brand new massage chair for during your pedicure which I will absolutely be back to try next time! Excited to try some of the other services :)”

The place was very professionally set up, and our doctor performing the scan was warm and welcoming, and really took the time to explain everything we could see on the scan. “Such a nice little pub to unwind, especially if you don’t want anything crazy for the night but just enjoying a drink with friends and have a great meal. Food is really nice and it came in fast. The staff is friendly and thoughtful. They have darts and table tennis so you can enjoy a game while at it too! Recommend.”

“A rare gem of a B&B! Firstly, driving into Hayfield offers some fantastic views of the Peak District. Millie's is conveniently located right in the centre with plenty of parking outside and around that is free. We never struggled to find a space. Rukiya is very welcoming and kept in touch leading up to our visit and on the day of with lots of useful information and to keep in communication with us. She was there to greet us at the door and showed us to our room - Twenty Trees. The room was lovingly decorated with a cute view of the trail leading to Kinder Scout over the top of some roofs. Millie's is ideally located for many things. There is Sett Valley Trail conveniently located a stones throw away as well as the Kinder Scout trail. We also travelled 20mins and visited Castleton for the Speedwell Cavern (really cool) and Mam Tor hike. Lyme Park is not far either and there's also Buxton and Bakewell. Rukiya is by far my favourite ever host at a B&B - I have stayed at a fair few! She really loves what she does and that passion shines through. Her breakfast dishes were all freshly made and so delicious as well as the coffee and sweet treats. The sausages were divine. We also bought some chocolates to take home and try. Thank you Rukiya for your outstanding service. We're now planning to return soon for afternoon tea with family so we can try all of her delicious bakes too! This has to be booked in advance though so bare that in mind. She's constantly booked up for the B&B so I advise you book early to avoid disappointment and direct for the best prices. The tea room is only open on the weekends. During the weekday, Rukiya has breakfast service for B&B guests only. She can also make sandwiches for packed lunch for hikes with prior notice. Can't wait to visit again and also congratulations on being the only halal B&B in the whole of the Peak District. Millie's is welcoming to everyone. The outdoors is for everyone to enjoy and I'm so glad I have finally visited after waiting 3 whole years!”

“20 of us booked here at the end of October for my mums 80th. We booked the buffet option because of the party size. Its more of a set menu that is brought to your table rather than a buffet. The food was excellent and plentiful. We were in the new conservatory room which was made bright for the birthday girl. We took banners and balloons in the morning and the room was decorated and ready for us when we arrived. The staff were great and accomodated the fussy eaters too. All together it was a great evening and mum and dad want to go back again. Thanks to all the staff.”

“Just got a delivery from here to didsbury and the food was piping hot. This place does the best curry in this country, absolutely delicious and faultless.”

“Just visited for the second time today after a brilliant experience and food the first time. We walked in as advised as they were fully booked and managed to get a table. The food was delicious and they were great dealing with our fussy 4 year olds requests. We had the carbonara and a pizza and thoroughly enjoyed both. The decor is fab too and all the staff were fun and welcoming. We'll be back again!”

“Beautiful, traditional pub ran by a fantastic landlord and landlady. Bar staff are excellent and it's just a really friendly pub. They are following all the Covid rules, unlike some places and have a small beer garden for the good weather.”

“It's always a briliant store but it's a pity that Miles the frantic, frenetic, frenzied manager has left. It is many months since I wrote the above as it is late August and just been to Aldi without my glasses with £4 in my pocket. I just needed a couple of things and I got to the SS till and scanned the items, I was 25p short so asked one of the Aldi people to remove an item. "No need" he said, he then reached into a jar pulled the 25p and put it in the machine. 5 stars for this person and all the Aldi people.”

“Paid a visit to everyday loans this morning and come across such lovely and friendly staff. Daniel was amazing when I spoke to him over the phone yesterday and was very pleasant indeed. Adam was lovely also and helped through every stage to get the loan I requested. I would recommend anyone to get a loan of these guys as they don’t judge only to help people with low credit scores. Thank you so much for all your help this morning much appreciated 5 star rated”

“Elite chinese! Just switched to here after 20 years at another local one (Happy House). The food is great although It’s getting little bit expensive with large chips going over £4 but it’s the best in the area. The people that work there are very professional and friendly.”
