She always puts me at ease and although I didn’t need treatment today , when I do she is excellent. “Really good results. I’d had physio previously as I hadn’t been able to turn my head to the right for months and my neck was so sore. Stolios was really clear it would improve, would need 4/5 sessions and that doing the exercises was essential to recovery. After 2 weeks I was starting to doubt. By week 3 there was good progress, 4 sessions and we were done. Clear instructions to keep up the exercises. Seriously, life changing. Significantly reduced pain, and 90% + mobility. Thank you!”

For the first time after years of physiotherapies for various reasons elsewhere Paul took the time to explain to me the inner workings of the body and the progress of the body following injury and rehabilitation and I have to say that helped my recovery more than anything. She had been struggling with back pain for a long time, and after working with Sahar, her pain has reduced by almost 90%. The progress is real and visible. Sahar is a fantastic trainer—professional, patient, knowledgeable, and truly focused on each person’s needs. She designs the workouts specifically for my wife’s condition and motivates her at every step. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better PT for her. I also visit the main gym regularly, and I personally drive her so she can train in the women’s section. It’s totally worth it when you see such amazing results. “Finally got a chance to write this review I booked my two little boys for hairdo style (a bit of gel) for my two young boys at Studio 8 barbers on the day of a family wedding. We turned up, and they said we had no appointment and had booked the wrong date (I did not, I mentioned the date twice at time of booking). I was freaking out as the wedding was in 1 hour. The barbers did not offer any advice/help, very cold towards us, and we walked out in a panic. Frantically, ran to The HIVE Barbers and we were welcomed with open arms. Did not have an appointment but kindly offered to help and calmed us down straight away. Styled both boys hair with a little gel, all done in less than 5 mins and didn't even charge a penny. Boys looked really smart, and style lasted all day. So so grateful for a kind-hearted, caring local business who actually care for local residents and went out his way, knowing the circumstances around the importance of the day. Did not profit a penny, yet gained a lot of respect and have spread of this kind, wonderful business. This happened summer 2024, sorry for late review.”
