Dave arrived within ten minutes, identified the problem as a split flexible hose, managed to shut off the water and returned first thing next morning to fit a new hose and new stop tap. “This team are exceptionally good. I am not prone to hyperbole, but I recommend them on so many levels. To begin with, they are highly professional - supervised by the ever-conscientious (and very hard working and able) Rick, the young-ish workers applied themselves skillfully and diligently. The input the firm provided over the design and major refurbishments to my kitchen, sitting room, and two bathrooms was both inspiring and impressively accomplished. On the design/co-ordinating front, Ben was highly creative and thoughtful (and patient!) and judged the degree of consultation and 'going ahead' (there were so many decisions to be taken) just right. On top of all of this, the team are personable and good to be around - a blessing when for a while I had to live with them cheek-by-jowl on what was effectively a building site. The result: a wonderfully transformed home and a very satisfied and grateful me.”

“Honest people and very friendly. I ordered a white ottoman gloss bed and a 250cm wardrobe and it was all so reasonably priced and fixed by them. Shabir and Sajid are kind humans and very honest. They rest assured me that if there are any problems they are a call away. They even helped me try to fix a dining table which I had lost the screws to through moving even thought it was not purchased in their shop. I will be buying all my furniture from here and I highly recommend them if you want good quality, great service, and above all a good price.”

“Our experience with JLR Joinery was excellent from start to finish. On visiting the showroom we were given in-depth information about the doors available, the process , cost and timescales. This was done in a relaxed manner without us feeling pressured. A measure was done the next day and we had received a text informing us of the time in a one hour window. We received a same day estimate and payment schedule with a final payment expected on completion. Any questions were dealt with quickly and professionally which was very reassuring. A fit date was quickly arranged and set for the following week which was great. Rob the fitter was considerate and professional and did great job We are very pleased and now have modern great looking doors throughout.”

“If you can't find it here it's probably not made. Great knowledgeable staff with a great vibe as they are so damn funny. Heck of a lot crammed into a small space so be prepared to search for stuff. I forget it's there sometimes and go to the big chains but these local people will have the same type of stuff but likely better quality and cheaper.”

“We have had a new kitchen installed by Wrights Interiors. From the first point of making contact with the company, they have been absolutely brilliant and so customer focused. Lisa came to our address and discussed what we wanted. We then went to their premises and chose styles, colours, handles and appliances. Both Lisa and Joe were very knowledgeable regarding the whole process. Joe provided us with a quote which was very reasonable. There was no pushy sales pitch and we were given the time to consider our options. We employed Wrights to fully rip out our existing kitchen and supply a full new one, including installing a new ceiling and plastering the walls. Joe kept in contact in the run up to the work starting, which was around one month from first making contact with Wrights. The fitting process from ripping out to finishing up took around a week. The staff doing the fitting and plastering (Phil, Glen and Danny, as well as the gas engineers) were absolutely brilliant and so accommodating. Nothing appears to be too much trouble for them, or the company. All of the old kitchen and any rubbish generated was disposed of promptly by Wrights and any issues were quickly ironed out. The whole process went very smoothly and they kept any inconvenience to an absolute minimum. The new kitchen looks brilliant. I would definitely recommend Wrights Interiors, Shaw to others and will definitely use their services again.”

Luckily I tried Drainage Consultants. A very friendly and polite team turned up and made a difficult job look so easy. Exceptional price and quick turnaround with a thorough explanation of the work that had been done. I could not have asked for better. I highly recommend using the company for anybody with similar issues.”

“Went to Urmston Interiors as we were struggling to find somewhere that could do us a 7ft by 7ft bed (my husband is very tall). Simon was very helpful in advising us which beds and mattresses we could choose from and got us a (very reasonable) quote on the day for a headboard, ottoman base and mattress. Bed was ready to be delivered ahead of schedule and the delivery guys were very efficient and friendly. The bed itself is excellent quality and the mattress is the comfiest I've ever slept on. Would definitely recommend shopping here! Great furniture at much more competitive prices than some of the big chains”

“I am in love amazing value for money paid £1100 for x8 chairs and 2m marble dinning table + £200 assembly which you could not do yourself it’s so so heavy the 2 men that delivered was nothing short of outstanding so polite spoke to me and my daughter and husband with the upmost respect and treated our property as a palace they had been out delivering since 11pm the night before !!
