Even though I now live abroad, one of the first things I do when I come back to visit is book in at Hanson’s. Rob’s cuts are consistently sharp, stylish and exactly what I’m after every time. He knows his craft inside out and his attention to detail is second to none. He’s created a space that feels relaxed, welcoming and full of good conversation. It says something that I actually plan my visits home around my appointment at Hanson’s, that’s how good it is! Can’t recommend Rob highly enough.”

“I want to say thank you to Doug for a fantastic recovery for me and I couldn’t recommend Doug and the Altius team enough. I had what originally was seen as a groin injury by the original physio I went to that I got playing football. I ended up at 2 different physio organisations that weren’t Altius, went through 6-8 week groin recovery treatment both times but the issue didn’t go away either time. I went to Doug and Altius and it turned out I had a torn adductor and also a double hernia. Doug put a plan to put a focus on repairing the adductor first, then have surgery on the hernias followed by physio recovery of the hernias surgery. The recovery program was very focussed on building things up, not pushing past where things were ready and ultimately rebuilding strength, flexibility at the right pace. I went from thinking I was probably never going to play football again at times during the injury recovery to now having been back playing for 4 months and have no limitations around mobility and feel great playing again. Very professional, clear on the recovery processes and confident that things would get back to normal after time which helped with my belief about getting back playing again. L”
