My daughter explained she couldn't get a doctor's appointment. The head pharmacist took photos and went across to the doctors for advice. He then came back explaining everything to my daughter. The shop is well laid out, bright and easy to navigate, with a wide range of products – from health and beauty to toiletries, baby essentials and seasonal gifts. The pharmacy service is excellent too, very reliable and efficient, which makes picking up prescriptions really convenient. The staff are always welcoming, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help you find what you need. I’ve always found the shelves well stocked and prices competitive, especially with the Advantage Card offers. It’s also in a great location on Elk Mill Shopping Park with plenty of free parking right outside, so it’s very easy to pop in while doing the rest of your shopping. Overall, a brilliant Boots branch that combines convenience with excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!”
