“I was visiting someone nearby and decided to try this place, and I’m so glad I did! Even though I’m from Birmingham, a couple of hours away, I’d make the trip again just for this pizza. The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh, and every bite was packed with flavor. The friendly service and cozy atmosphere made it a great experience overall. “Excellent customer service from the Bolton town centre team. Ordered via website, and noticed in my confirmation email that I had accidentally chosen the option for collection instead of delivery. Unable to collect as we are self isolating. Called the restaurant to cancel my order so I could re order correctly, and was told not to worry as they would deliver it for us instead. All food came shortly after, piping hot, with a very pleasant delivery driver who wore a mask. Food was all spot on. Was asked on a card that came with the delivery to provide feedback, from Moham, so here you go! Thanks, and keep up the good work!”

“I went there today as I’ve been meaning to. Well I’m happy I did because of the food, they have robot server or trash collector? I don’t exactly know the robot job but it was cool, the food is an absolute ten out of ten, the staff are very nice and understanding. It was a nice experience overall.”

“Couldn't get through to our normal pizza place this evening. My friend had mentioned Twelve previously so we decided to try it and were very impressed. As others have said, staff are friendly and the food fresh. It is also the best pizza I have had for years - certainly the best I have had in the UK. I very rarely give 5 stars but they are worth it.”

“It is one of the best pizzerias in town, if not the best. The pizzas are piping hot, fresh, well prepared with love and passion. I had had their Pepperoni, Tandoori Chicken and Jerk Chicken pizzas previously and they were all scrumptious and flavorsome, highlighting their commitment to making a pizza most suitable for your appetite. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a place with not only good-quality but freshly served pizzas with an absolutely lovely and cordial atmosphere thanks to the wonderful people running the place! Definitely a 10/10!”

“What a lovely little restaurant. We ordered garlic bread with cheese - amazing. Then cannelloni and risotto for main. Both came piping hot and very tasty. Sticky toffee pudding and profiteroles for pudding. The profitaroles were the best I've ever tasted. Service was speedy and reasonably priced. Under £60 for 2 with drinks. Definitely worth a visit. They also offered gluten free pasta and pizza.”

“Working my way through the extensive and varied menu. Pizzeria Bella Italia never disappoints. Even if you can't eat pasta there is something for everyone. My favourite starter is their garlic mushrooms....omg so divine!!! Who'd of thought how delicious the humble mushroom can be when cooked the way Bella does. I can't fault the food, quality, staff, atmosphere and magic of this lovely restaurant in Bury. It is popular with all age groups and families as well as couples. I had mussels in garlic and white wine. The veg is al dente and beautiful. I always look forward to dining here as the food and staff make you feel at home and always welcoming.”

“Fantastic town centre Italiian Trattoria - Amazing food - and a lively atmosphere - small - and on occassions crowded - but that all part of the fun !!!! Great menu and great service ( a little slow at the time we visited ) - but they did have a table for 14 to serve !! - however one of the best Pizza's I have ever had in UK - and I know my Pizzas !! ) and lovely wine at sensible prices - REALLY LOVE this place and will be returning !!! Busy Busy when we went there - for pre theatre meal before going to the Octogon - But cant wait to return as this small restraunt is amazing !!!!!! great menu and even better the food and staff - fantastic ! - Next timne I feel like firring up my own Pizza oven - I might just be lazy and order an amazing Pescatore from the Napoli !!!”

“I know this place as the pepper mill and am a regular user. I always go for a salad box cause of my diet and I am never disappointed because they always have a good selection of meats,fish and cheese plus other vegetarian options. The menu as a whole is excellent and the specials are great value”

“Love this place. In a world where we have the £5 Mr Whippy milkshake and £7 factory made cake desert place > its good to have a traditional Asian sweet centre and traditional prices. £1.50 for amazing ras malai and same price for a pink tea. Nice mitai also .”
