Adam called Worcester Bosch for us to explain the problem for them to come and check out the boiler (the next day!). Adam the replaced the pump and isolation valves (without draining the system!) and is also helping us sort out problems with our kitchen underfloor heating which has never worked properly. When I called they we able to come out the same evening, Raymond (The Team leader I think?) was both polite and friendly. He opened up the drain cover and could see that part of the pipe had corroded and was leaking water. He was able to diagnose and quote for the work which he said would takes a couple of hours.
