“I had my 1-1 training course with Danielle today, and it was truly amazing! I was quite anxious before the course, but Danielle quickly put me at ease. Her teaching technique is fantastic, and I walked away feeling like I smashed it and gained so much confidence.The Theory session was extremely informative, with learning materials that were both descriptive and easy to understand. “Aldi Eccles is my local branch when I'm at work. Staff are friendly and the store is always clean. Please can I give a special mention to everyone working today 22.09.25. I lost a very special necklace that was given to me after my mum passed away in 2023. Panicking, as I do, I approached the gentleman on the self serve checkout about 11am and asked if it had been handed in. He reassured me in a calm manner that they may have it. Without giving me any details he enquired with someone in the office who asked me questions about my necklace to make sure it was mine. I was then reunited with my very special necklace. Not only did the team members deliver excellent customer service, they also managed to calm and reassure me. This is why Aldi is my go-to store. I cannot thank Eccles Aldi enough.”

“Rang on Thursday to see if they had a prescription item in stock. The pharmacy at our doctor’s surgery said it would be Monday. The staff went out of their way to find a supplier who had stock and chase it up on Friday to try and get a Friday delivery. Fortunately it arrived Friday afternoon. Thank you. Staff from both branches spoke to each other to do their best to assist with other items.”

“Fantastic. Saw a scs sofa on their eBay shop. Drove to their warehouse to view as I knew sofa was probably ex display scs and wanted to check it over. It was brand new and We paid one 3rd of the scs price and delivery was 6 days later (today 31st Jan 2018) To all moaning about delivery if you buy a new sofa from scs/dfs you wait 8 weeks as it needs to be shipped from China. Scs/dfs say 0% finance but the finance costs are hidden in price. We waited 6 days as they need to fill their van in area order to deliver. The driver even set up sofa in lounge and moved our older one into spare lounge. I'd recommend this company to my friends and family. Yes it's a discount warehouse full of all sorts of furniture and prices are reflected in that. They are not paying prime rent for shiny glass building on a modern retail park. Happy buyer. John.”
