“Scheduled appointment online following an ad I saw for a free check-up on an early Friday afternoon, and I got time off work accordingly. I arrived to find nobody was at reception and the front door was closed. No response from any numbers provided either. Not at all impressed. However, Tomasz very kindly called to apologise for the inconvenience, explained that he had a family emergency and promised to rectify the issue with a free teeth whitening or £100 credit, on top of the free check-up I had originally scheduled. The service I received was very accomodating and made the whole experience very pleasant.”

“Absolutely amazing I had a dental emergency literally on my way to the airport yesterday. Went into the surgery on my way to the airport unannounced to see if they could help. The friendliest most help team of ladies at the front desk did everything to accommodate me. The dental team saw me with in 20 minutes and sorted out my issues. From time of arrival to walking out the front door was literally 30 minutes. I can honestly say best customer service and dental treatment ever. Thanks guys so much I really really appreciate it.”

Helpful and pleasantly chatty receptionists, reassuring and knowledgeable nurses (Lisa is very comforting), hygienists who take the time to explain what and why they are doing something, giving me a mirror to watch how I need the correct procedures to continue my treatment at home....and what can I say about Dr Mo....no wonder this practice has won so many awards. He talked me through everything he planned to do, answering any questions considerately, in easy to understand language and instils confidence in this previously nervous patient. I applaud this practice 100%. I always know how long the appointments will last and how much I will need to pay. Thank you for returning my confidence to smile and even though I no longer live in the area I have no qualms about travelling to this practice to ensure continuity and it's nice to be recognised as a returning patient.”

I think that the very fact that I have continued going here for so long speaks for itself. “Absolutely hands down the best dentist! Cath was a literal angel after my son lost both his front teeth at school. We had gone to his previous dentist who he had an awful experience with and Cath got us in straight away, made everyone aware, everyone was so kind, he wasn’t rushed, the dentist was fantastic, they couldn’t have made his experience a better one and for the first time, he actually likes going to the dentist! When my 2 year old went, the dentist put a movie on the screen for him to watch to feel calm. They go above and beyond every time. My whole family are now members and the service is fantastic, everyone is so friendly and the treatment is fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!!”

“Recently had the Air Flow treatment from Beth, both her and her dental nurse were lovely and made sure I was relaxed as I’m a very nervous patient. Teeth felt clean and brighter maybe not as much as I would have liked but this is due to calcium reduction and age.”

“I was in really bad pain with my wisdom tooth and needed a complicated extraction. Other oral surgeons deemed me at high risk as it was close to my nerve in my jaw. Dr. Jussab was able to attend to me in short notice and took it out easily. Didn’t damage the nerve and I now feel a lot better thanks to him! Would highly recommend!”

“My filling broke on my tooth days before going on holiday. Phoned Poynton dental practice on the Saturday evening and was given an appointment midday Sunday. On arrival was greeted by the dentist who was friendly and polite. He explained everything about the treatment on offer and let me decide for myself. I decided to have it refilled and will have it capped at a later day. I was given the choice of music to be played in the back ground while the procedure took place. The staff were very friendly and helped me feel at ease. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Poynton Dental service to anybody.”
