“Dr Ten is an artist and a saint!! The dentist I was supposed to see ended up on leave last minute, which wouldn't be a huge deal except reception wrote my number down wrong so couldn't tell me in advance, and I was travelling from norwich and had a train to catch 2 hours later! I cannot fault them for this, a small typo was made much worse by circumstance. Reception are also angels, they managed to get me booked in with another dentist an hour and a half later, and then with a 3rd dentist when that dentist was running over. They kept me updated on timings and did everything they could to make sure I got my filling and didn't miss my train. Dentist number three was Dr Ten. He double checked he would have enough time to do the filling to a standard he was happy with. He also identified a second cavity from my previous xray, and made sure that was filled also. I mentioned I was nervous and was unsure if I needed the filling, he gave me so much reassurance, and took pictures on my phone of each step so I could see there were definitely two cavities, and so I could see what had been done afterwards! There was absolutely no pain for the entire thing, the numbing injection I was expecting to be painful but that was the one thing he took his time on, he made sure it was pain free. He told me exactly what each tool was for and let me see it in action briefly before use. I knew I was in the safest hands and this massively lowered my anxiety. Somehow he finished with a few minutes to spare, just enough time to take a final picture, and the filling is immaculate! The anaesthetic has worn off, I've got no pain and my bite is perfect. He really saved my day, I am incredibly grateful for him taking the time to see me, and for his kindness and dilligence.”

“Amazing hygienist team!! 8 weeks ago I went to see Caroline, I had lots of inflammation, tartar and excessive bleeding from my gums. I was given a thorough explanation of what was happening and actions to take. Caroline was very clear and obviously loved her job, I was told if I did what she advised we would clear up the issues. 8 week follow up and I was given star pupil status! I did what Caroline told me, there is now no bleeding, my gums are in great condition, next hygienist appointment in 6 months!! I cannot thank Caroline and the team enough. They made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend.”
