“After neglecting my teeth for a few years and being in a lot of pain with a cracked tooth I paid Emily and Claire a visit at Flourish. I was nervous about all the work that I needed doing. I shouldn’t have worried both Emily and Claire are caring and very professional I’ve had three treatments done and another one booked in at the end of the month. They totally understand someone’s nervousness and apprehension about certain treatments but they fully explained what would happen to give me peace of mind. Happy to say that flourish is and will remain my dentist in the future.”

“Very happy with my first experience at Ivy today. I'm quite nervous attending the dentist but all of the staff were so kind and welcoming. I was seen by Malcolm and his dental nurse Paul, who were both very efficient and made me feel at ease straight away. Malcolm was brilliant at talking me through everything, making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Kim on reception was also lovely and made setting up my next appointments so easy. Would definitely recommend Ivy, especially if you are a nervous patient like me!”

“Went to see hygienist,first time seeing Lorriane and Christina for my clean today They both made me feel at ease, Lorriane explained everything she was going to do, explained what's happening to my gums and teeth and gave great advice on how to help keep my teeth as long as possible. Even when I admitted to not doing my teeth cleaning as well as I should she never made me feel bad just encouraged me to improve best I could. No pictures but I am waiting on a travel case for all my different inerdental brushes to do wherever I am :-)”

“My first visit to a dentist in 9 years and as far as going to the dentist can be - It was a really good experience. The dentist was running late, but I was asked immediately if that was okay and was I able to wait, which was a refreshing change from not being told anything and clock watching whilst getting frustrated. The reception staff were lovely and polite and the dentist was reassuring, clear in a plan going forward, and talked me through each step of the examination. I've left with my next two appointments booked, one only next week. I would definitely recommend this surgery if you're looking for a dentist.”

“Fantastic outcome, thanks very much. Having lost confidence in my regular dentist. I came across Hale and Bowdon when I needed some emergency treatment on a Sunday some 6 months ago. I was immediately struck with the sense that I was been dealt with by someone at the top of their game. I’ve had oral misery for two years now so after my regular dentist told me that my two most troublesome teeth were unsavable and should be extracted I sought the opinion of Dr Saira. She was confident that these teeth could be saved, I had two invasive root canal treatments in an hour long appointment and was back at work straight after, totally pain free, and two crowns fitted subsequently. I’m just back from a Greek holiday having loved munching on crusty bread, and eating grilled meat and fish with total confidence! I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Saira and GI Georgie! “I joined the practice as a postgrad more than 20 years ago and have always had my teeth well looked after by Mr. Mohammed as an NHS patient. Recently I decided to have Invisalign treatment for my crowded teeth and it went very well. Mr. Mohammed was upfront about how the procedure worked, how long it would take, and that I'd need to wear the retainer nightly afterwards. The whole process was efficient, effective, and painless. At the end Mr. Mohammed neatly touched up a couple of uneven sections with composite, and I finished the process with visibly straighter teeth. I'm now 8 months after the treatment finished and my teeth are still looking good!”

“Me and My Partner have struggled to find a NHS dentist. We rung here and straight away they were happy to take us on and offered us both appointments straight away. We have attended our appointment and the staff are extremely polite and happy to help. This is nothing like some NHS dentists where NHS patients are treated like dirt. The treatment is performed with a high level care and the staff (Dentist, Assistant and Receptionist) are very understanding about any of your concerns no matter how little. Both me and my partner are happy to have been taken on here and will be happy to remain here for the foreseeable.”

“Wow. Ive just had a check up with Dentist Naima Algwil and her assistant Amna. I’ve never in my life had such a positive and enjoyable experience at the dentist. This is my first time being seen by Naima, I was blown away by her knowledge, her enthusiasm to do her job and her effort to make me (the client) understand everything what was going on with an action plan she created for me to follow, upon leaving the clinic. “I had a great experience with Dr. Ussama Butt and the team. They did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and everything was explained clearly throughout the process. During my next visit, he took a 3D scan to create custom trays for teeth whitening. I picked up the trays and whitening solution at the following appointment, and everything fit perfectly.
