“I have been a patient in Ward 12 and underwent gallstone removal surgery. From the very beginning, all members of staff made me feel extremely welcome. The nurses were very polite and explained each step of the surgical procedure clearly. They checked on me regularly—monitoring my blood pressure and overall well-being. Their support and kindness helped me feel calm and relaxed throughout. The anaesthesiologist was friendly and thoroughly explained his role in the procedure, which made me feel even more reassured. The surgeon was precise, professional, and very supportive. The food service was brilliant, and the overall level of care and respect was exceptional.
