“I've been suffering with abdominal pain for over 6 months and it was put down to suspected gallbladder issues. I was referred to Prof Sheen who after a HIDA scan ruled that out. I was tested for ACNES as an alternative cause and surgery was suggested. I was booked into the Spire and the surgery was carried out swiftly. 6 weeks post op and I haven't had another pain in my abdomen. I'm so pleased Prof Sheen is such an excellent surgeon and diagnostician, and my issue is solved. “Due to traffic I was totally late for check in but the staff were lovely and still got me in, the place is massive and when I got to my room It was spotless. The room was simply immaculate, no dirt or dust and very spacious, the bed was tidy and comfortable. There was coffee and tea stuff to help yourself to, a phone if i need any assistance and the view was lovely, the scape of Eccles looked like stars, bathroom was also amazing. Honestly it's the nicest place I've stayed in a while, I book a lot of hotels for trips and this was one I couldn't fault at all. I'd definitely stay again and will be adding it to my favourites!”

“This is by far the most stress free way to park your vehicle at the airport. Easy to follow signage, quick and secure. Simply pull into the car park, follow the parking marshals signals. Stop in a bay, deposit your keys using a QR code sent to you and walk straight into the airport terminal. Even once we returned the whole system went like clock work and we were off on our way in under 15 minuets. Brilliant.”

“Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were outstanding and hospitable, the bar next to the lobby had a welcoming, cozy feel, wonderful menu and lovely rooms. I'm not sure about some of the complaints on the size, it seemed average to me, but it was very clean which is high on my importance list, as was the rest of the hotel. This hotel is away from the city bustle a bit, but a lot of trees around the property make it very relaxing and a pleasure to escape the traffic. My only feedback is the vegan sausage in the morning was freezer burned and a little bland, they can be tossed in oil & seasoning to add flavor, but fresh/defrosted is best. My veg pizza was wonderful, so was the veg burger. Great buffet in morning. Outstanding staff professionalism in housekeeping and lobby.”
