“Great experience! Toaday was Our first time at Redds hair and beauty for myself (46)and my daughter (18). We both had a cut and blow dry, restyle. We are so happy with the end result and will definitely be returning. Deborah explained everything she was doing and the reasons she was cutting in a particular way to create the desired look. This is the first time in along time I have felt comfortable and enjoyed the experience of having my hair cut. We were made to feel extremely welcome by all staff members and they give the salon a very friendly relaxed feel. I cannot recommend this salon enough.”

“Finally got a chance to write this review I booked my two little boys for hairdo style (a bit of gel) for my two young boys at Studio 8 barbers on the day of a family wedding. We turned up, and they said we had no appointment and had booked the wrong date (I did not, I mentioned the date twice at time of booking). I was freaking out as the wedding was in 1 hour. The barbers did not offer any advice/help, very cold towards us, and we walked out in a panic. Frantically, ran to The HIVE Barbers and we were welcomed with open arms. Did not have an appointment but kindly offered to help and calmed us down straight away. Styled both boys hair with a little gel, all done in less than 5 mins and didn't even charge a penny. Boys looked really smart, and style lasted all day. So so grateful for a kind-hearted, caring local business who actually care for local residents and went out his way, knowing the circumstances around the importance of the day. Did not profit a penny, yet gained a lot of respect and have spread of this kind, wonderful business. This happened summer 2024, sorry for late review.”

“There are not enough words to describe just how AMAZING Mandy is! We are relatively new to Hot Doggy's but every time we have collected our little girl she looks like she's in a beauty pageant! Mandy is so precise with the way she cuts and styles dogs, I haven't seen anything like it before (not to mention how beautiful our girl smells after she's been pampered!). From first meeting Mandy there was just such a positive vibe and you can tell just how much care and love she has for the dogs she grooms. “Was excited to visit Hea as I'd seen it last time I went to Prestwich but had already eaten at the makers market. We finally went on the weekend and it didn't disappoint! It's a small cafe so you might not find a seat quickly as when we went it was busy, but luckily the table in the window was available. There's lots to choose from on the menu such as Hong Kong style sandwiches, toast, and street food, as well as Hong Kong tea, coffee and bubble tea (but there are also normal teas and coffees). We ordered the ham and egg sandwich, satay steak sandwich and pistachio toast. Unfortunately some of the wraps are limited to summer months but we hope to try those next time. The wait was a bit long as it was busy, but it was worth the wait!! All very tasty and reasonably priced, especially if you go for the set menu. I definitely want to come back and try everything else!”

“Exceptional service from Mike and the team! I had a slow puncture in my back left run flat tyre which I took to National first to have it looked at and get a quote. They advised it couldn't be fixed due to the placement of the nail which was causing the puncture. Instead, they told me a replacement run flat tyre would cost £310 minimum (which seemed crazy!). Rather than do that immediately, I wanted to check in with somewhere local to compare prices. I took my car to Mike where he inspected and told me that those prices were outrageous. Once he had looked at it, he said that I didn't even necessarily need run flats, but National never bothered to mention that and tried upselling me massively. In the end, Mike and the team replaced BOTH my back tyres for a total of £160 all in, double the tyres for half the price and great service at the same time. The tyres were B grade grip and on par quality with Pirrelli tyres. Overall, very happy and couldn't recommend Mike enough if you need new tyres. Ordered them and fitted next day, only took 1 hour to do the work. Thanks very much!”

After discovering i had been removed from the list of my NHS dentist after covid, where I had been a patient since a child (over 30yrs) I began the search for a new dentist and BD was recommended. The treatment I've received each and every time has been superb. The difference between them and my previous surgery is enormous. I feel very lucky to have Michael as my dentist - clearly very experienced, knowledgeable, with a very professional and welcoming manner. He puts you completely at ease. Many of my family and friends are now patients, and have all shared the same experiences.”

“Went to have a few things done here prior to my honeymoon. Staff was lovely and did a fab job. I was worried about having a spray tan in case it was too dark, but it was exactly as I wanted it. I also had my nails and toes done, which I'm super happy with. Would highly recommend this place.”
