“My daughter had her princess pamper party here for her 6th birthday and it was absolutely brilliant! The children had a ball! The staff were great with them and everyone left with a huge smile. Thanks so much for making them all feel like princesses.”

“Wow what a lovely place! We came here as a group of 18, the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. They gave us the choice of ordering from the a-la-carte menu or using the party menu - we decided to use the party menu as you got poppadoms, starter, main and side for £16 per person, which made things so much easier when it came to the bill. Everyone in our party commented and how good the food was. Excellent quality and very nice flavours. We liked the fact that the kitchen is on show and you can see the chefs preparing your meal. A great evening had by all, we will definitely be back!”

“If you're thinking about getting new furniture I would definitely check out this place first. Very reasonable prices that always reflect the condition of the furniture- of which the condition is usually great. There's also a delivery service which is immensely helpful. I'm not sure if there's a charge for it although I would imagine it's nominal. The cafe upstairs is lovely too. Very reasonably priced and a great selection of drinks and food. The choices range from snacks and cakes through to meals so there's something to satisfy whatever mood you're in. All raising money for such a great place in the hospice too.”

“Took our dogs here yesterday and I couldn't be happier. One of the dogs is a really difficult customer and won't stop wriggling, but he still looks perfect. I saw them working on him as he was still being trimmed when I arrived to collect them (his fault) and the staff were really patient with him. I'll definitely be going here from now on. Was impressed by how the pets were treated and just all round friendly people. Thanks very much.”

You were so kind and helpful with my elderly mum after she left her bag in the stalybridge store. They tracked me down so I was able to locate my Mum and her bag. “We have used WELL Huddersfield rd stalybridge for the new service that pharmacists can now provide. Both times we were in and out in less than 20 mins & I felt confident the pharmacist knew what he was doing. We left with antibiotics, myself for tonsillitis and my daughter for an ear infection. No queues to wait in at the walk in and no weeks wait for a GP app. Great service, Thank you.”

“I visit this place on and off and despite the new trend being 'smashed burgers' at other takeaways, the burgers here are far more flavourful, tastier and much better value for money:-) I've recently got back into ordering kebabs from here and to me its clearly obvious that the meat they cook is top quality as its meaty and tasty and excellent value for money! The guys in the shop are always polite and provide service with a smile! In my opinion, this is the best takeaway in Stalybridge!”

“This place has been going for years and I still remember when it was located on the opposite side of Acres Lane where the car sales garage is located now. The food has always been delicious from chips with the Chinese flavoured gravy to the excellent Chinese meals. Sun Lok has always set the benchmark for a chippy in Stalybridge and if they joined a delivery provider likeJusteat, I as well as many others would order from here more often.”
