“From the excellent reviews, I was expecting a lot. I wasn't disappointed. The menu contains the traditional tapas options, with the odd twist. Everything we ordered was delicious. We ordered 6 tapas between the two of us. This ended up being quite a bit of food. We still managed it though. Some dishes are on the pricey side, but the quality made them worth it. The mushrooms in cream, the pork belly and the albondigas (with cheese) were the highlights. But, as mentioned, everything was delicious.”

Their service is efficient and will go ubove & beyond to any requests ie dietary, selection, delivery etc. Also followed by calls to check everything is ok etc. Sue takes pride in providing the best customer service. “Second time having Afternoon Tea here and still great. The staff are amazing. They are welcoming, friendly and attentive. The Afternoon Tea for 2 is tasty and fresh. We also ordered scrambled eggs on toast for our 8month old. He enjoyed it, as did I. It's the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. Came out hot, too, which was even better. Would 100% recommend without a doubt.”

“Had breakfast here on a Sunday morning and would absolutely recommend. Both the waitress and chef were really friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I ordered the Omelette with chips which was ready within 10 minutes of ordering. The food was served hot and tasted great. Portion sizes were quite big and prices are reasonable. The atmosphere inside the place was really nice too. There's indoor and outdoor seating available plus a customer toilet. My only critique would be that the canned and bottled drinks are not refrigerated and I think they should change this. Would be nice if they made a kids menu too”

“Went tonight with a party of 6, absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Unbelievable Italian drinks selection. Sat down inside when everyone arrived, the owner made room for my father in-law in his wheel chair. (Which isn't easy everywhere!) Food was amazing, everyone loved it, I had the lasagne which was Unbelievable. Honestly couldn't recommend any more. We can't wait to go back. Unbelievable value as well considering the quality. ***Wheel Chair friendly as-well***”

“I really like this cafe. Great breakfast and though recently increased in price, still excellent value for money. Egg, two sausages/bacon, hash brown, mushrooms, beans, tea/,coffee, toast or fried bread. Well cooked and nicely presented. Service is also quick and the ladies friendly. I have to go to Bury now and again and see the Coffee House as a real treat. Highly recommend.”
