“Went there today with family and had an amazing meal. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Food was exceptional had Sunday lunch and the gravy was to die for best I’ve ever had. Although I live in the Isle of Man I would definitely return when back in Sale. Would definitely recommend.”

“We went there to celebrate our friend’s birthday - food is delicious - fish is outstanding, with the candles heating it to keep warm - grilled pork is a must try - soft shelled crabs with curry is recommended - the coconut jelly drink is exotic - staff are friendly; before she took the cake out, she had played ‘Happy birthday’ as the background music for us, which is very considerate - reservation is recommended, as it may be crowded on weekends”

“Used to go here regularly 17 years ago. Stopped today on our way through the Manchester area and ordered a takeaway. Same owner and they were just as efficient and friendly. The food was delicious, just a good as ever. The poppodums were a little thin (still good) but the onion bhajis were lovely. Overall good curries and an accolade that they are still as good all these years on. Thank you”

“Celebrated my 60th birthday last night. There were 24 of us. Everyone commented on the fabulous food and the service. We had a lovely private area. Well stocked bar. Staff very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend. Well done Imran and team. Fabulous.”

“Working my way through the extensive and varied menu. Pizzeria Bella Italia never disappoints. Even if you can't eat pasta there is something for everyone. My favourite starter is their garlic mushrooms....omg so divine!!! Who'd of thought how delicious the humble mushroom can be when cooked the way Bella does. I can't fault the food, quality, staff, atmosphere and magic of this lovely restaurant in Bury. It is popular with all age groups and families as well as couples. I had mussels in garlic and white wine. The veg is al dente and beautiful. I always look forward to dining here as the food and staff make you feel at home and always welcoming.”

“Me and my mum had Sam serving us today, and she was absolutely amazing. I have an allergy and was quite nervous to order but she made the experience so easy and she was so very helpful. “One of if not the nicest Chinese chippy in Stockport. The lady who always serves is polite and helpful. The portion sizes are very good and the food is lovely. The only thing I did not like and this my personal choice was the curry sauce. This would not stop me returning as everything else is really nice.”

“I use this Chippy anytime I want A Chippy Tea or a Chinese... - Their Chinese food is excellent - always cooked fresh and just what you order... The Chippy side is also freshly cooked - They don't cook 20 portions at a time - so your chips are going to be fresh! (You might have to wait a few minutes...) I have been going here for over 10 years and never had a problem... The Gravy is nice if you want Pudding, Chips and Gravy - (Sometimes a problem with Chinese chippy's!)”

You can tell they really care about the quality of their food and their customers. We’ve tried other places, but nothing beats Gordon’s Kitchen.
