“Best hairdresser in Manchester. I have been having my hair cut and coloured with Sands (Meg) for over 4 years and it’s always exactly what I want and better! Before Sands I went to lots of other salons but they never listened to what I wanted or could get the colour right. I now live in the city centre and travel out to Alty just to go to Meg because she’s just excellent. The whole experience is more than just a haircut, it’s feels like a catch up between friends and my stomach hurts from laughing every time I leave. Highly, highly, highly recommend.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews however, this true act of kindness by the Salon Owner and her staff has meant the world to me and my daughters. I was hospitalised due to pneumonia, my daughter had braids in her hair from holiday and lots had fell out, she was devastated. My mum tried several hairdressers and finally went to Prestige. Jo and a colleague replaited my daughter’s hair immediately and even gave her replacement bobbles, when mum offered to pay they politely refused to accept anything. My daughters were upset that I wasn’t at home and this act of sheer kindness is beyond words. I actually am a customer of prestige however had not had extensions for some time (when I did they were amazing). However, the staff didn’t realise it was my daughter which is even more heartwarming thank you Jo and Team keep up the incredible work xx”

She listened to my requests and took great care with my hair she did both a wet cut and a dry cut after. She checked in with me through the process, asking if I liked the length, layering etc. She took great care of me and I love my new haircut! She’s also very sweet. A true professional.”

“I used to have my haircut regularly at the same barbers shop in Denton and was very pleased with the cut I got. Then, it changed hands and became another of the many clipper joints we already have in Denton and I spent several months trying to find a barbers that cut hair in the "old fashioned" way!! You know, scissors and a comb etc!! Eventually I found The Men's Den! Hallelujah!! Sal is not just a great barber he's also a nice guy! You want a short back and sides and a tidy up he's your man, no problem. Don't get me wrong, he can do all the, in my eyes, fancy modern stuff as well but it was a joy to get my haircut by a chatty, efficient barber who knows his stuff!
