“Was in the area looking for food and found this place, looked like it had a good variety as I had a picky eater with me and I was correct! Great options, nice flavours and friendly staff with a fun atmosphere. I'll definitely be returning if im ever in Stockport as this was a great find!”

“Have visited this place on a number of occasions. It is a Sam Smith's pub so they only sell their own brewed beers but the prices are very reasonable. Friendly staff and I guess that mainly older patrons (like myself) will enjoy visits to this pub. There is an open fire during the cold weather. A traditional pub that you can access from the main street by descending steps.”

“This might just be the best kebab place I have ever been to in my life. Sounds overblown but genuinely, this place was awesome! Huge portions, quality food, good price, and was quick service too. No wonder queue was out the door! I'm not in Stockport often but next time I am, I will definitely be coming back 10/10”

“Love this place!!! The landlord is a delightful Arsenal fanatic who loves his footy. The pubs cheese board is legendary and the condiments are top notch!! Bar games are encouraged and there is a vigorous card school with local rascally characters engaging in fierce banter which is a joy to watch. All in all the Comfy experience is a sight to behold and a life experience that must not be missed.”

“ive been there yesterday with my family. everything was fine, we waited for our food like 15 minutes, and it was soo yummy!! we all ordered vege burgers and fries and it was sooo good i highly recommend this place! Also this restaurant inside is GORGEOUS!! it has unique atmosphere, it kinda looks like antique shop, but in a great way- everything is clean and it brings so much joy to just look around the restaurant and notice all the little details as porcelain figurines, small paintings and much more. The waiter was also really nice- he told us story of this place and how he takes care of all the trinkets here, how much time it takes for him to clean them and that every little thing there has its own story!! I definetly will go there again, love this place atomos xx”

“The food was average. I ordered biryani and it was basically pea rice with chicken and a bit old. The mutton curry was also okay, but not worth visiting specifically for it. However, the sauces were good and the packing was professional.”

“Great place, lots of different areas to sit, lovely food at a great price, great outdoor seating at the back, very friendly welcoming staff. Went there for a drink in the weekend and it was packed. Really appreciate the service as it was way faster than I was thinking. We will have to pay as you buy which is a great way as we don't want to worry about the bills and tips. Food is amazing I ordered a cooked chicken which as very juicer and well cooked and tasty. We have ordered a couple of drinks which was in a reasonable price. Loved the place and atmosphere definitely suggested to everyone want to have a good time. Only problem I think was with the parking, they don't have any parking as we have to find places in the nearby streets, which isn't so nice, but it's ok as it sits on the main road.”
