Relaxed atmosphere in Oldham

“Beautiful place to stay! Just be careful of the road leading up! If you have a lowered car you will struggle. Added pictures. Only down side.”

“Absolutely love Strinesdale foot paths and 2 large Reservoir's that allow fishing. It also has free parking and is that vast of a space you can walk round it and not bump in to anyone. Strinesdale also has a few picnic areas and amazing views out to the Pennines. There are 3 different routes you can take for that casual stroll or if you are looking to explore of the beat and track you can end up right in the hills and come out at a little farm house. All in all this is one of my favourite places to walk my dog and would recommend it to anyone.”

“I cannot fault this Inn! Having wanted to visit the Navi for a few years after visiting the area. I finally got around to it this weekend. What a treat! The Inn is very welcoming and cosy as soon as you walk in and has been finished to a high standard. However, the true gem in the crown is the food! A great selection to meet any requirements and a fantastic list of specials! All the food was delicious, and I would highly recommend it to all!”

“Zena Bees Cafe is amazing food here is delicious. I had the big breakfast muffin omg it was tasty and filling. Well worth the money and visit here. The cafe is clean and service is outstanding.”

“Visited today, with my friend and my toddler. They didn’t have many options for kids but that’s fine as my son was more interested in a sausage roll from the bakery. The food me and my friend had though was absolutely delicious, really well made. The coffee was really good quality too, a really well made cup of coffee not burnt or too hot.”

“8 of us oldies for lunch after a walk round the reservoirs. Excellent position both for Delph and the hills. 2 course lunch for £11 and it was good, all enjoyed a variety of meals. Good service and busy.”

“Perfect local pub. Family friendly, great atmosphere, warm welcome and so, so friendly. Great range of beers and spirits and an unrivalled juke box. Large room for functions with djaying facilities and in the summer there are plenty of tables outside with beautiful views over the green and beyond, all the way to Winter Hill in Horwich. Thank you for making us feel at home. Lots of laughs and a great day/night. Stayed far too long! Will definitely return again and again and again! :-)”

“Had a couple of beers here on a Friday evening. The guest beer was in great condition and the bar staff were really friendly. Plenty of parking next to the pub. Sports were being shown on multiple screens. Would recommend and visit again.”

“This barber shop is very clean and it has a stylish decoration to make you feel comfortable excited for a nice hair cut. They offer very professional service and stylish hair cut. The barbers are very friendly ,highly skilled with extensive experience. I got a hair cut there many times and I am very satisfied and happy with the outcome and hair look. The staff are very reliable and friendly, they listen to what you want to offer you the best service. The place is very clean and tidy, the atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. I do recommend this barber shoo as one of the best I ever had.”

“Did not stay, But if rooms are if similar standard to food and drink, they must be good. We had a tremendous lunch for 6. Always excellent,will be going back. I forgot my fleece and grey put it to one side and it was there early evening when I went back, thanks!”

“I recently purchased a PS5 headset from CashTrader in Oldham, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The headset itself was pretty much brand new, came with box and papers. What stood out the most was the service I received at CashTrader. The gentleman over the phone was incredibly friendly and reserved the item for me and made sure it was the right headset. Then upon collection the gentleman at the till was welcoming and knew exactly what item i’d come for, packed it and had me on my way happy days. Overall, I highly recommend CashTrader for anyone looking for electronics etc. Their excellent customer service and quality products make it a great place to shop.”

“My wife and I came for lunch, having previously visited for drinks a few weeks ago. We are trying all the local eateries as we will shortly be moving here. The staff were very welcoming and attentive and it all seemed very well organised. The food was excellent and we both really enjoyed the Sunday Dinner menu which was available on bank holiday Monday. Decor is really nice and the pub has a welcoming feel. Nice to see dogs are welcomed in the bar and garden areas. Will most definately be returning”
