“I couldn't fault the service I received from Petstay at all. Jason was so friendly and found me the perfect pet sitter for my dog Pixie. I was initially extremely nervous as the only sitter available for my dates away was a lady with 2 dogs of her own. My dog is an only dog and is unashamedly a bit of a 'princess', so I wasn't sure how she'd cope. I have left her in kennels previously, and she didn't settle at all and lost a lot of weight, so I was uncomfortable leaving her again for 2 weeks, whilst we were away in America. I met with Dianne and her 2 dogs, when Pixie and I went for an initial home visit. Dianne is such a natural 'dog' person and is clearly very experienced at owning dogs and she made me feel so at ease and asked all the right questions about Pixie and wanted to find out as much as she could about her, to make her stay go well. We even agreed to go on a couple of walks together before Pixies stay, so I could see where Pixie would be walked and so the dogs could get use to each other beforehand. I was really nervous about leaving Pixie and thought it would spoil my holiday, to constantly be worrying about her but Dianne and I had agreed that we would keep in touch throughout the holiday with little updates and photos now and again, this meant I could really enjoy my holiday and Pixie could enjoy her time away too. After picking Pixie up she has settled back into life at home again and I would have absolutely no hesitation using Dianne again and would recommend using Petstay to anyone (and have already recommended them to my veterinary practice).”

“We've asked Simeon at Fluffies to cat-sit twice now. Our cat can be a bit of a diva and overly sensitive to change but once he knew what was what with Simeon all was fine. We met Simeon prior to our first booking and he obviously loves cats, so we felt comfortable with our choice. He has also put out/collected our bins and mail for us which helps to make your house look less vacant. His prices are exceptionally reasonable and we have been able to book him at short notice (although obviously try to book in advance if you can). Receiving updates and pics via WhatsApp every day really helps reassure you, especially if you overly worry about your pet.”

The 2 ladies know their client dogs and I feel completely confident in their care and maintenance. The prices are reasonable. “We had a blocked down-pipe which constantly overflowed down the side of the house when heavy rain threatening damp problems. Had employed previous roof contractors who supposedly 'fixed' the problem only for it to reoccur as soon as it stated raining. Once contacted, David came round promptly and immediately worked out the actual cause which was due to an incorrectly fitted joining side-pipe from a boiler installation by British Gas. He completed the replacement and made time to clearly explain all he had done. The quality of his work and attention to detail was of a high quality. The price for this was really reasonable. Problem is now solved and really happy with his repair. Would most definitely recommend, especially since our experience with previous roofing services.”

“Top guys, having always used main dealers to fix and service my cars, I decided to give MC Autos ago after reading the reviews. They did not disappoint. I had an issue with my rear breaks and the service was due. They told me to bring the car down right away so they could have a look at the break issue. Booked me in ant the earliest opportunity and also completed a major service. Kept me up to date with cost and called me to update once the car was ready.
